Great tool for RPA
What do you like best about the product?
I like Automating repetitive tasks that normally take time too complete but with Automation Anywhere can be done in a much faster time without the stress of user error. I like the use of meta bots that allow for reusable code blocks that can be used throughout the company so many people can use them. I like the IQ bot and how it is able to be trained to it can think a bit more like a human, unlike most RPA which just acts a certain way this can be trained to do this correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the GUI looks on the client, think it could be refined to look much nicer so it may be a better environment to work in, maybe add dark mode. May be better if some of the commands could be written in code instead of being drag drop. Variable names are no always very obvious and sometimes I need to try a few variables which are similar until I get the one I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of manual entries into Excel sheets, this saves a lot of time for me so I can do other things with this time and also stops user error.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have repetitive tasks that you complete everyday or multiple times a day then you should use this tool to automate them, this saves you time and allows you to do other things instead of these repetitive tasks.

Automation Anywhere is one of the best tools out there. The ease of use and the user friendlyness that AA offers is one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
More Excel automation, but that has also been changed in the new version of AA.

In my team, for zendesk traiging, financial needs and other such activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform and the recent upgrades to it. The partnership with Microsoft is great and will expand new horizons for Intelligent Automation to thrive I believe. Moreover, the AutomationAnywhere University access along with community edition is a boon for new users to learn and grow on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation can be more user-friendly and precise. It is sometimes hard to find what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use of AI in RPA to enable IA is a major benefit, which helps users to stay future-proof at least for a few years.

What do you like best about the product?
i had an opportunity to review a few snippets of coursework from AA's university modules, as a person who has recently entered the RPA frontier, i find the coursework extremely simple and helpful, i have referred coursework materials from other automation models too, but found AA's coursework much more interactive and easy to grasp
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a few more lab oriented coursework content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly working on unattended bot environment, so it is critical to have fixes and prototypes to be shelled in rapid pace, automation anywhere has been instrumental in this perspective

I'd closely watch automation anywhere, being one of the big 3 automation platform, it is without doubt developing the holistic bot development sphere and making it easier with every update release.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a very intuitive automation platform, which enables non technical users to easily build automations through a low code UI abstraction layer. It is also easy to extend it's functionality further with the use of your own code to enable experienced developers to enhance and promote resuability and ease development. AA also has some Industry leading functionality, such as IQBot, and are quick in their SDLC to introduce new features or functionality seen in their competitors. The AA bot store also provides users with access to ready made bots to reduce development overhead and lead time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed to market of new functionality, whilst often a positive, can sometimes mean functionality is released before it is ready and can be prone to issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to interact with many legacy technologies, such as terminals and RMS, enabling faster and accurate transfer of information between systems. We've also be able to use IQ Bot to reduce the need for manual data entry of scanned invoices.

I had a very good experience learning automation anywhere as a lot to learn about the tool its just like we can get our work done in a easier way and without any human interference, where the bot is doing all for us.

I feel that it would nice if i get the licences version of automation anywhere and everyone would be benefited if it was a open source.
