A great program to save time
What do you like best about the product?
Everything we need is right here within our immediate grasp. Everything is at our disposal. Using automation makes everything easier. The app is cloud-based, which is terrific because we have immediate access to AAA and RPA. Automation is greatly reliant on task repositories, and their versioning capabilities. It has a key meta feature that allows use of screens even when the application is not running. Additionally, scripting and XML both increase the capabilities of the app development.
What do you dislike about the product?
However much the user interface is pretty and intuitive, in the long run, it doesn't matter as much as automating the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like using it in updating the inventory in Excel daily as I don't have to waste time on the routine.

With new technologies, you can try to make it more useful and expressive.

Automation Anywhere is user-friendly and easy to use and provides different commands to create software bots in a less time-consuming way and requires almost no programming knowledge.

Anywhere automation reduces the process flow and also saves time, the effort of the company and We could automatically trigger the Bot and we can also Monitor the Bot Status in Control Room.

The user interface is super interactive. It has a centralized orchestrator for managing it's database. AutomationAnywhere makes it easy to extract data from binary data types. It offers a means to collect data and perform some calculations on large datasets. It has numerous customizable integrations with AI models and python. The reporting is quite easy with relevant API. Great tool for automating workflows and processes
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to move from beginners to expert without adequate training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automationanywhere we have the right solution to automate routine tasks and get job done as quickly as possible. It is well equipped with AI and machine learning capabilities. This has made us a lot more efficient and effective at work. It has a powerful and easy to use interface. The user community is very prompt and provides interactive tutorials for starters

Might not be as user-friendly as one would expect, as soon as you get a hang of it though, it is really efficient

What do you like best about the product?
It gives the business the scalability to ensure that it expands next to it and still delivers the highest efficiency. The training material is very good and has everything you need to know in order to make the most of each feature while using the app. I love that offers a very easy to use and understand gui for everyone. Building a bot is too simple with Automation Anywhere, it cuts code lines and saves so much time. It will work any time you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements are recorded, the available metrics appear to decline marginally compared with those providing their business rivalry. Compared to other RPA software, site automation tools are sluggish to deceive me a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now creating a platform for learning using automation. Students should register in a certain category of learning and the website has asked the students several questions. Based on the score of the student, he offers a sufficient course for students in this group. In past times, it took us hours and weeks to complete this process, but, even though we don't stop working, we are still back, all this fierce work is now a thing of the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about this tool is the ease of development of a process. The simple drag-and-drop feature is beneficial, plus the support service is also excellent. Every 1-2 years the team comes up with a new update which is a good thing. The new A360 has many features that are almost at par with the best automation tools currently in the market. The BotInsight and discovery bot are genuinely some of the most excellent additions to AA and help make the best use of the device with the analytics and to discover what all processes we can look to automate
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I feel Automation Anywhere still lacks is the seamlessness and debugging capabilities. When you try debugging a code, it doesn't show what is happening in the sub-bots used in the main task. The team needs to work on that. The second thing I feel A360 lacks as compared to other automation tools, is communication between runners and Control Room. I have observed that sometimes the schedules don't run or skip some iterations without any error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated various processes across different business unit's including HR ops, Assets, Claims etc. The main benefit according to me is reduced employee effort and the time taken to complete the process is reduced by a significant amount if automated correctly. Not only that it minimizes human errors and works 24X7.

Pan out your use cases beforehand to get the maximum benefit of this tool. Take maximum use of the discovery bot to see which processes can be automated and also generate the processes design documents

We have automated the process to back-up all servers at a pre-defined time through remote acces.

What do you like best about the product?
I like your user interface. It makes all things super simple and versatile for building workflow bots. I also like how it automates processes repeatable tools, their functionalities can be used extremely easily and if it is difficult it doesn't cost much to learn. The meta-bots functionality is also available for the testing of API integration. It fits as well with Micro Soft Excel, which is another advantage when you deal with this platform so more people work with Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool appears to be a tool for creation. You will make your fan base much more helpful if you are able to boost your usage of another teammate. I've found some programs are being loaded too slowly and I've also seen somewhat few Excel commands, however minor drawbacks can be changed.

I tried to create mobile apps and other API test resources to run bots. In essence, the question is whether the environment is in good shape and manual labor is restricted. Since we use it as a holistic approach for automating business processes and administrative functions, it is very convenient and efficient and we have never thought of any other option and hence continue to use it.

I recommend it to simplify business processes because it's an excellent and versatile RPA platform that is really appropriate for all kinds of departments and organizations. What do you like best about the product?
Affordable, precision and user friendly. It won't be a hassle to set it up and any of us can easily do it. When I started using it, I was in two minds about the problem it solves but as soon as I got the hang of it, I would use it for all my tasks.
The best part is I could easily customize it as per my usage for my office and sometimes I would just like to use it for some of my personal work and it seamlessly help me do that too. The bots could adapt to my usage and would mostly give me desirable results.

Could have had better support for the customer. I had some difficulties in getting support but otherwise it was great. Also, the bots could be a bit more user friendly. Maybe some changes to the basic algorithm would largely help it mak it user friendly but that shouldn't be much of an issue.

I work a lot with the API's and parsing JSONs have always been a task for me. RPA has helped me a lot in getting the data from the APIs.
I could schedule it to whenever I want and boom, there's data right on my system and just the way I want it effortlessly.

I make it hard to find instructional videos or forums to ask questions. It is not always possible to contact support and wait for replies.
