What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation anywhere is its simplicity. Any user can self learn and create bots. The commands are self-explanatory in nature. With the new deployment feature in 11.3, the deployment to UAT and then to PROD has become too easy. The queue and workload feature added in 11.x versions are also quite very useful for a lot of processes as it was lacking in older versions. The A019 is certainly going to be a game-changer for RPA in the industry. With the removal of the thick client and the introduction of the web-based workbench is truly remarkable. Also, the commands lists have been enriched a lot in A2019. for example, the number of subcommands within the Excel umbrella is much more than what it used to have in older versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, If I could collapse and expand the codes in 10.x and 11.3, it would be great. Apart from this, the UI is not too rich for A2019. If the tool had more variable manipulations inside the command list, it would be great. Also if functions were present as commands. for example, for the addition, we could have command "ADD". For complex operations, the command could be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Loan process for one of the largest banks of the world-citi bank. Saved lots of manual work. Apart from this, I have also automated a couple of processes of ArcelorMittal-Largest steel making company of the world. The operations team had to spend a lot of manual hours y going in SAP applications and searching for errors in Invoices and correcting. RPA implementation not only removed manual work but also saved lot of money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Robotic process automation is the fastest growing industry in the IT industry. Be it any kind of industry, banking, telecommunication, and others, if RPA is not implemented, one can be left behind. With so many tools present in the market, I with the knowledge of BluePrism UI Path and Automation Anywhere-the big three can certainly say Automation anywhere is the one should opt for considering many reasons.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of business one can achieve through Automation Anywhere makes this framework extensive and easy to apply almost anywhere. The process is so simple and intuitive that one gets till the end of it and makes sure to come up with a lot constructive and innovative output.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only one thing that i disliked was that the Automation Anywhere is not Free, allowing it to be free will make it available across all and in turn would make it within the reach of all and everyone, who wants to automate the world around them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lot of Manual work can be replaced using robotics from Automation anywhere.
2. I have tried it for a personal email reader which reads the email and generates the graph for downtime.
3. Any tedious JOB becomes a primary contender for me to think if Automation Anywhere could be used within.

I like the ease of using Automation Anywhere and all its tools. Its an advance RPA Tool. Its a perfect RPA Tool for small, medium, and large enterprises. It helps client to generate revenue in terms of ROI very quickly. Automation Anywhere has a very good support team. It has a robust control room for monitoring bots. Automation Anywhere's Cloud-Native RPA Platform is good. The economic impact of Automation Anywhere is very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA software in the market. Hence difficult to identify any Dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving complex manual processes in R2R space. It has boosted productivity by multi fold.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is a great platform in case you want to automate something easily and quickly, it is very flexible to work with web applications and with excele it is very good. It is also very friendly, the metabot are very stable to work on the web, in my experience and worked with many platforms and I had no problem detecting the elements and to be able to work on them, automation anywhere is very useful if you want a protection so quickly and without errors and also do not need much knowledge of programming, the courses are very easy to understand and the exercises help you a lot and to get through quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not pass the sessions of excels from one task to another and download attachments of a specific email, all files are downloaded even if you put a conception to not do it, also read all emails through the loop, I would like with the condition read only the emails you want and the others are not marked as read
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automate the forms of a web page sent from an Excel or plain text file, download attached emails and send mass emails, also from a lot of exceeds the information is entered to sap and I navigate between the different screens, also with applications java works very well, to date I have not touched elements that this technology has not detected

I recommend using the medabot to automate web platforms and granulate each task

What do you like best about the product?
In version 11, I like how easy it is to work with XML, Excel, CSV or txt. The functionality of cloning objects is incredible, it works very well on well structured web pages. It has functions to integrate with PDFs, OCRs and if you are a developer, you have a rest client to consult an API. Automation Anywhere allows you to run scripts directly, I have managed to run scripts of vbs and powershell. I love that without having to have a versioning, the control room does it for you, although it does not have all the functions of a versioning, but it helps a lot to have your work backed up. The idea of managing a control room for all architecture is great, because from this control room you can know what bots do and when they should be executed. This makes the job much easier instead of going machine to machine running the bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The errors are very generic, especially in Excel, they don't usually say much and this makes the error unknown. On rare occasions, bot deployment takes so long that it has only one line. I think that in graphic aspects for the code I could improve, at the moment it does not give you the option to expand or minimize code for example in the loops or in the conditions. When there is a failed deploy Automation Anywhere usually puts the error that the packages could not be downloaded, and it is an error that can have several reasons, and there we have to go to the logs of the control room to see what happened, this honestly does not I like it because the vast majority of times that have happened to me have been because a task has many characters in its name or route, but realizing this took me a long time because the error was generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate almost all financial areas, this includes final blocks, reconciliations. Tasks that a person took 1 hour, the bot does in 15 minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is a very good option, you can try testing the community version that is totally free and has all the functional ones. If you want to try within your organizations you can implement a control room and have a 30-day free trial. In addition automation anywhere have courses and very good documentation, which makes it a tool for easy use and learning.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great experience to learn RPA Automation Anywhere, I think that the scope of the software can reach everything that our imagination can imagine, it has been very pleasant to be able to take the certification for free. You can automate many things that are boring or repetitive and thus increase your productivity.

At the moment I dont have nothing to dislike

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is intelligent and intuitive. A lot of capabilities and it is very powerful. Repetitive tasks can be easily automated. The record tool is very useful, web browser integration can be easily automated using this tool. I wish the Automation Anywhere team keeps improving and working on it because the software is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something to improve is supporting other interface languages, like Portuguese (BR). The software could be more easily to install. It is a bit hard to install and configure control room. I had some problems trying to install and configure. It took some weeks until I be able to work with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive tasks, including web browser integration. I tried to automate Excel Macros and web browser interaction and the result was satisfactory. The dashboard functionality is very useful too, give us very valuable insights. It shows that Automation Anywhere is a very complete automation software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend the Automation Anywhere because it is a very complete tool, with a lot of possible tasks to automate, record tool, that saves time when creating the flow, browser integration that works very well with web browsers, Excel macros can be easily automated. Easy implementation. You don't need to be an expert to work with Automation Anywhere. They also have a training course that you can learn how to use the Automation Anywhere software. The support is good as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is so easy to use, even for beginners and non technical people. AA's support and coaching staff is always available to help and AA even provided instructors for several internal training sessions for our federated users. Take advantage of their POC program and have AA build you a bot for free!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some occasional platform issues and bugs to be worked out but this is expected of most enterprise level software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating the redundant and monotonous tasks that no human should have to do all day. Our workers are happy to be freed from this work to help and engage our customers in more value adding work that makes our customer's experience more effortless.
