Innovations and usability of the tool is an edge over other RPA tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a robust architecture which allows a 3 Tier setup with a HA / DR till the BOT developed Level. The integration of 3 party API's is a cake walk and the integration of IQ BOT with RPA v 11.3.X and A 2019 gets our edge to deliver services to our existing and new customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The releases are announced but the tools are made available with a delay which puts us in a soup when interacting with clients on the new features and the tools released.
Example : Discovery tool being launched and the release is not available yet for use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have resolved Agreement validation issues faced by Audit's , procurement and banking team with a BOT developed which validates clauses of the executive document with master agreement and avoid tampered documents being accepted
HR recruitment has been eased out with a BOT built on Recruitment portal which searches the profile as per the requirement , identifies the right candidate, grabs key details of the recruit and sends an email to the recruit for the next round of interview

What do you like best about the product?
AA technology is like no other RPA solution. Automation Anywhere is the whole solution for getting rid of repetitive tasks of any kind.
What I like the most is the availability of information AA provides about their product. The RPA solution works as advertised and if not, their support is always there to figure it out whatever is happening.
There will be no regrets when using AA!

I do not like the fact that AA has no offices in my country, Ecuador. I wish they had at least one.

The modules were difficult to login to at first, but I think that was more an account issue and less a program issue

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a great tool to implement in any organization without much hassle. Its a lightweight in order to implement on the top of the any architecture. It helps automate most applications which are out there and being used by most corporate. In finance I am using Oracle, SAP BO, Excel, Excel Addins, SAP GUI, Java applications, other web applications. It is easier to understand and implement in short timeline. It gives maximum benefits in short time to show results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has easier implementation tag attached to AA, it is highly cumbersome when it comes to troubleshoot or fix any issue. It has many unreliable things, bugs that are generally not seen in most corporate applications. Even though it is highly used, the responses to errors and issues raised are not resolved with optimum solution, either the answer is "wait for the next release" or "reinstall the applciation". The tool is sometimes too unfriendly when it comes to development. I feel it could have adaptable GUI, specially Metabots development in v11 onwards. It really has fixed layout which is so irritating at somepoint in the rush hour. Some bugs that are random which even AA is not able to identify. Some features are not customizable.

Finance Plannings and analysis, and finance modelling.

Automation anywhere is a great choice in order to start their RPA journey. It is easier to understand so it helps speed up automation. Large organization can get maximum benefit out of it. Sometimes consultancy may also help such EY who are giant in this field with RPA with AA

What do you like best about the product?
AA is great tool for the quick automation. It is easy to use and easier to learn. They have integrations to almost all major corporate applications specially those which are being used in Finances.
Their best feature so far is Metabot and object cloning. It ease down the efforts to put into the automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not developer friendly. The application while testing is slower. Debug mode is even more slower and with limitation that we can enable debugging task wise only. We can not debug subtask if values are passed from parent task as you have to run parent task and debuggin is enabled in subtask. This needs to be improved with other GUI related contents for the developer. Make it more developer friendly

It's a user friendly tool to develop bots effectively. It has various features to use. Automation can done quickly with ease in automation anywhere.

The activities are segmented correctly and many competitive things can be done as in many other platforms, for example, object cloning is the activity that I like the most, because in a simple way I can identify elements on the screen of my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe for some companies in my country the price is a bit high, we are a country that is not so big and has capacity, but many companies not having a good transfer of information do not have much confidence in the software. It can be a disadvantage. One of the disadvantages is that having a process that has many nested decisions, the program does not have much growth facility, if I have many validations then making changes is a bit complex, if you had a flow chart to keep track of the activities It could be a more accessible product for such processes, we have had to use other tools to solve this problem, and we have not asked for Automation Anywhere licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing banking solutions in my country, attention to requests. Customers really like the security provided by the Control Room, it is quite robust in terms of security and access to online attributes and variables. Another very common use is to use triggers to initialize the processes, it is a very good added value that they have this on their platform, there are processes that by business rules it is necessary that you are listening to the requests of the users, for example placing a file in folders that are necessary for users, then the robot is aware of that trigger and downloads everything it needs to run correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is single best application for all our current and future RPA needs. Automation anywhere studio is very effective and user friendly. The object cloning command is powerful enough to be compatible with any kind of applications easily. Meta bots are really an added advantage while dealing with applications whose DLLs are available. New updated futures like OCR, ML and AI are very helpful for cognitive and Hyper automatons. The option to store our credentials for various application in the credential vault is best , In a way, we do not need to remember and enter the credentials again and again for authentication purpose and more secured. The new course contents were very interesting, All the classes are well planned and presented in a pleasant visual way and also provides an easy understanding. Free AA certification is best is class.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even for simple BOT reporting features need to be paid for automation anywhere analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use AA on daily bases to develop and monitor lot of business process automation. This tool easy to use and does not require complicated coding experience. It has better scalability of bots and enhanced performance, also reliable and faster development of process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the AA cloud for easy implementation of RPA COE in your company with in less time. Current AA Bot library and training modules will help administrations and development team to fasten the deployment process. With existing add-ons, decreasing development time will increasing the ROI.

What I like most are the bot dashboards, since it allows you to see in a simple and complete way the result of the executions.

We currently have a Database mirroring from production to Cpntingencia, when a change from production environment to contingency is made there is no option or application that makes the changes to the Ignite_Cluster table record so that it takes the information from the node of contingency application, it is necessary to make the change manually

Work is currently being done on the installation of the contingency environment.
