What do you like best about the product?
AA releases are seamless. It was hassle-free with AA upgrades. We didn't have to invest much of our time to support the migration
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if more flexibility for the developers, especially in the iQ area
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of them are rule-based automation on the UIs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great product that helps users to automate their work. What I like the most about it is that it is simple to use and it is user-friendly. Anyone can get used to the process just in few trials.
What do you dislike about the product?
While RPA is a great solution to resolve a tedious process, there are some drawbacks, like there is a problem with the drag and drop process, which can make the process a bit challenging. Another point is that the price of the product is high for some SMB sectors. With the above adjustments, I am sure that it will solve many repetitive problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here in our company, we use RPA to resolve repetitive statements throughout the process. It helps us to save time to be more accurate during the execution of outputs, and this allows us to save money.

Low Code and Easy to Use RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Low code and user-friendly interface. They have a very nice interface and straightforward command which doesn't require any programming background to use it. Just simply go through courses in Automation Anywhere University and you are good to go. Automation anywhere has all the required command to cover all the necessary work in all the applications like web, JAVA, SAP, .net application, and Microsoft Office. With additional bot and tool available in the bot store, it can help to shorter the development time required to complete the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support speed in response to customer requests. There might be some gap within the level 1 support team, which might delay giving the resolution fast. Recommended if you need something urgent, do call them through the hotline or search the information in their knowledge base. Other than them you also can post your question in APeople community to get help from other Automation Anywhere developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual and repetitive business process that doesn't value adds to the employee. Lower down the turnover rate among the employees and improve customer experience toward the speed of work getting done. Besides that, the speed of RPA has also help to solve backlog issues at a very low cost. We manage to accept more orders from customers to be able to process those orders with RPA to meet the cut-off time. The best part is with RPA, we can accept orders 24/7 without any human or environmental constraints. The best benefit will always be an increase in revenue for every company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider taking their enterprise architecture services to make sure everything starts right in the first setup. If price is a concern, let's consider the learning curve of the tools, developments, and deployment time as one of the important elements. RPA needs a quick win.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most is the capability of IQ bots. The fact it can learn further from humans to uncover and transform important, but less structured data to automate business processes quickly and efficiently is really fascinating.
The training tracks they have is also super useful for both beginner and experts. The learning curve is short.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found the installation and configuration a little bit confusing for beginners. It also required a big space to install the required tools. But the idea of separating the creator, runner, and controller is efficient when it comes to resource allocation and management.

We primarily use it for automating large data entries and other repetitive tasks, and it reduces human errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way it connects the oracle services with the internal and external flows from any company. It does not matter the kind of project or underlying infrastructure and legacy technologies; it simply will find the way and create the path.

The support and attention for small companies shall be improved and deeply care the Latin American region as potential business development in the short period.

What do you like best about the product?
In today's scenario where everyone is moving towards Automating every single activity being performed in team. RPA gives you wings to Optimize, automate and analyze is the key factor. Modelling has brought us ease that technical scripting knowledge is not required. Everyone in the team is technically capable to automate. Starting from Manual Quality engineers to HR executive, it's everyone's cup of tea. RPA has made life easier in this Pandemic where everyone has to deliver quality and better work life balance. Kudos to entire team .
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially when I started building bots for small excel operation then it worked perfectly fine but today when I try to hypervisor then I face some issue in automating login issue but I am sure that can be donr easily in future.

Excel operation, loging to 30+ VMs and running automation script on VMs. Pulling reporo from VMs

One of feature is that, it can read data that is non-electric. I dont like this.
If there is sudden shutdown of the server, then all process needs to be restarted manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is we can integrate different scripts like vbs, other scripts and make them run along with our bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, there is nothing I dislike about this tool. It has a lot of features and helps us to automate the process, which at last releases the Full-Time Effort or labor work.

I'm automating Routine and Repetitive Reports and total Finance related Processes so that it releases FTE and reduces the manual labor work. Automated Few Reports, which involves extraction from SAP performing calculations, and then sending it to different employees
