Automation Anywhere is like god to me and it's saves my life
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is the best RPA tool in IT industry. It is very user friendly and anyone can learn and automate very quickly with out any coding knowledge.when compared to other RPA tools, we can easily automate the tasks by using AA commands and we can see the entire coding flow in a single window.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we auomate the some tasks it will not work perfectly when compared other RPA tools. IQ BOT automation is not a perfect solution there is a manual intervention. 100 percentage AI and ML is not implemented in IQ Bots.Handling control room is very difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
Each and every action given is self explanatory and easy to use.
Almost all the features are included for automation in V11.3 which I am using currently.

When we are connecting server to access emails there is no option to navigate into sub folders of Inbox or shared account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated several processes using AA 11.3 and are running smoothly in production.

Automation Anywhere the best RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to develop robots in automation anywhere. Not only it's easy but it's a really powerfull tool. I have hundreads of commands to easily perform any action and as well we have the IQbot which allows you to easily extract information from PDFs. Extracting info from PDFs usually requieres you to get 3rd party solutions like abby flexicapture but with the IQbot it's not necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Automation Anywhere is how hard they place the exams for certification. They teach you something and in the exam they place questions not related with it. So if you fail you must be paying to retake it again. Also what I don't like is that in version 11 you don't have variable types. Come on we don't even have a boolean? Gladly it got fixed in A2019 and also they added new features which I think it's cool. The citrix automation is not as good as Uipath but they announced that it will be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been solving problems like too many people doing robot jobs and reducing errors to 0 since we were losing some clients when an employee accidently typed an extra 0 or just forgot to added. We been using the IQbot to get info from PDFs and have taskbots and metabots process this information. We had 18 people doing this and now we replaced it with a single robot. It's faster and more realiable and this people will get a chance to do more leadership stuff which will also benefit them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are planning to process invoces and that kind of stuff automation anywhere is a great choice. I use as well Uipath and Nice. Automation Anywhere and Uipath basically are at the same level but for Invoce processing Automation anywhere is better.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the way it explain all point. i it will be very help full for doing our work. we can implement this in our day to day activities also. it was a good platform of all task.Time saving. It is very fast in comparison to manual.It is highly accurate, and gets up and running in a very short period of time.It is a little costly, but the ROI is very high for projects with a huge volume of input.Automation Anywhere has no fit to size object cloning.another option that i was like the most is Credential Vault.

some time it goes very deep to explain the contain. Automation Anywhere lacks remote access capability.Some processes are a little complex for understanding.Things which I didn't like is the volatile behavior of the bot, It affects the overall performance of the bot.Excel gets hanged Automation Anywhere did not give any notification.It affects the overall performance of the bot.

The company is growing fast they consuming less time and good productive .the company has work balance in every field .passionate people and they having great benefit.Automation Anywhere is a global leader in Robotic Process Automation. customer has end to end business process and software applications.The support i receive from the team is great and fast

It is good and smart recorder.its is really very helpful for up growing business.it is reducing a dynamics productivity goals. What do you like best about the product?
I like to learn about the new way that Automation Anywhere offers customers to improve the productivity of their business. When I was learning automation anywhere, the course contents were very interesting, the classes are well planned and presented in a pleasant visual way and provides an easy understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the method of the process to take again the test for the certification of RPA professional, beacuse we need to wait for a long time to take one time more. Some times for me was more difficult to listening correctly the audio when the speaker was a man, for me is better to use the speaker woman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving many problems, but now I am working on the automation of email notifications, a bot is in charge of extracting the data from a dollar exchange rate table to the currency of my country, extracts the table in an excel and Send an email with the status of the exchange rate updated in real time. On the other hand, I am developing my skills with IQ bot, training new instances and deploying bots in production. In the other way I have others projects to develop for many clients

It is the best RPA platform in the market due to the user friendly UI and object Oriented Approach.

It has served the purpose for automating the business problems hence there are no such dislikes about the tool. It is serving the cause.

Iam solving the OCR related problems where I extract the pdf files from the email and read the content in it and store it in the word file in the separate directory. The AI technology of Automation Anywhere is helping to solve the day to day business scenarios.

How easy it was to integrate solutions (Screen Scrapping, SQL queries, Browser Automation Surface)

The control Room needs some adjustments, but the experience is still good.

Any problem that can be solved through send keys or or can be mapped to be executed on daily basis, like administrative tasks, can find solution on Automation Anywhere. I'm mesmerized.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a brilliant product. It is a RPA software which is evolving and adapting to the needs of the developers. Automation Anywhere also has one of the best support and community - which is very helpful for beginners who are just starting to work on RPA. Automation Anywhere is also enabling companies to skill up their employees as boring repetitive tasks are taken over by bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time required for synchronization between server and client could be better. Proper backup needs to be taken as I have experienced files - bots (atmx) getting corrupted when the machine is under heavy load. Automation Anywhere also needs to properly handle configurations and a better setup process to guide the user from setting up the platform to developing his/her first bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating Oracle Fusion Cloud Processes with Automation Anywhere. Also using AA for Intelligent Automation - Integration with GCP/Azure. Automation Anywhere has great potential to be a platform for not only RPA but also IA. Benefits are obvious - Speeds up repetitive processes exponentially and benefits for Cognitive Automation is just getting realized. Currently working on Intelligent Automation using Automation Anywhere - Reduces a lot of cost for clients especially automating BPO based jobs and thus eliminating them.

Get to know the basics first. Do aim high but start small. You will understand the capability as well as the limitations of the software. RPA can be scaled very easily using Automation Anywhere but promises should be made after fully understand the platform.
