Efficiency of Automation Anywhere...
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that i can save ample of time and man power with the help of automation anywhere... I save manpower by using automation anywhere for basic tasks and allotting that manpower to complete other chores. And also the fact that people are spreading COVID-19 but if things get automated with bots... bots cant spread coronavirus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is might have some glitches.. and it is a bot and bots tends to malfunction... and also people might lose their job who work at basic level with less qualification whose work will be done through automated bots
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being efficient in getting more work done in less time... I have realized that it is the future.

Too much of material and certification is a bit difficult to remember

I liked the excel operation commands in automation anywhere. Meta bot features in automation anywhere work very flawlessly. Automating web-based application with domes path functionality makes easier in automation Anywhere. We have automated many repetitive accounting processes which have led to a lot of employee time savings as well as operational efficiencies
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to work in boundaries of automation anywhere we can't use custom Commands in AA. User Interface creates confusion many times commands are many. Costing and maintenance are very High.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very useful tool and easy to understand. Automation Anywhere is a good tool in order to automate any complex tasks. The integration of code is good. Automation Anywhere provides intelligent automation for every process. This helped me to understand the tool without even buying it. The AI and the RPA are awesome features of this product. The analytics helped me to understand the task in a better way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have worked on mainframe applications which are too difficult to automate by automation anywhere. Also worked on salesforce web-based application and Performs many operations on excel.

Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tool which is availability in the Mark, the new features in IQ bots is pretty amazing.
The bots inside Automation Anywhere can be developed into a framework and can be leveraged for another process with similar Process flow.
The Best thing we like AA is about Citrix Automation and how it handles selectors is pretty amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
We feel the licensing model for Non-Production environments and Disaster recovery needs to be improved where we have other vendor provide it for very less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We move away from all the repetitive tasks almost in all the use cases, this reduces most of the employee work loads on a given day and provide the opportunity for the employee to move towards a challenging opportunity well within the Organization. This helps in increase on the revenue on the larger scale of time.

Round the clock support. Patience to work through even user errors.

Buggy software but suppose that comes with the territory :)

AA is a great alternative to Blue Prism! I love the way the UI works and truly enjoy the customer service and all of the opportunities to get certification licenses.

It was a bit tough getting set up. We were able to figure everything out with ample customer service

Perfect Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
This is the perfect application for day to day use in corporate life. It gives so many benefits in routine work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but still few updates required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is very fluent application for day to day work. This consume less time with big deals... just because of new application sometimes it causes stuck system.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like having access to RPA from Automation Anywhere, the use of these tools changes and will change the way companies operate. RPA from AA is an intuitive tool that does not require any prior programming knowledge, and even a user not related to IT can create their own bots, amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some competitors can perform background processes with the consequent time savings, even though their programming complexity is greater, but when you want to compare AA with others in terms of execution speed, it can be a disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not the end user, but in various sectors such as banking or insurance, the use of robots is the only viable way to search for patterns in extensive text documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the program is such that anyone with medium level of excel formula knowledge or logic reasoning can develop a bot . I have done it so i know , it does work . There are timely upgrades to products and not just technical but functionally as well

Due to ease of use , there is dependency on product and at times , for some advanced functionality , you really need a consultant, which should not be the case .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier the focus was on pure transactional issues of Procure to pay , order to cash but later have used it for consolidation of accounts , GST availment , and latest is a treasury bot which mimics the investment steps.This has not only increased efficiency but also accuracy of data from system . Plus the reliability to clear any backlog is icing on the cake.

Documentation is not concise, complete nor well organized:
- Most of the text is to tell how wonderful Automation Anywhere is, although it is true, when its mentioned in every single paragraph of the documentation, it becomes tedious and frustrating.
- Much information is redundant and not helpful, like "The red button is available for whenever you want to push the red button". The missing information is about what would be the results of pushing or not pushing the red button and what scenarios are likely to for the red button for being pushed.
- There are many circular references within the documentation: Many paragraphs contain links to definitions, which is not bad, but in that explanation brings you to another link, and so on, until you get lost in the documentation.
