Good to for quick automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is relatively very easy to build the workflow automation and scalable to large deployment scenarios. It provides outstanding customer support if we struck with some workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
It bit slow in we manage it attended automation scenario where user need to intervene. Need to look on this aspect bit more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to verify the inventory management workflow . We used to perform manually, but now we completely automated with automation anywhere with less fuss

What do you like best about the product?
We can automation anywhere metabots to automate all the repetitive tasks and make the automation anywhere adopt to new system changes by using metabots.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime i find the metabots don't capture all the buttons in the citrix environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated the ticket creation process in citrix environment. we can perform all the repetitive tasks that are often done on regular basis.

Automation anywhere is very easy to learn and implement with zero coding language.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Capability Lead training and assigning different RPA tools with my pool of resources, I can say Automation Anywhere is the best among RPA tools currently on the market. I agree when my trainees saying that they prefer to use AA as tool for their POC and wish to have it on their project deployment. It stands out with ease of usage, spying accuracy, operational scalability, OCR and cognitive capability. I highly recommend this for client based projects, devops. One more thing, they have the best support group answering our questions, attending issues and sharing ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see much updates on the action tool sets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on Finance/Insurance and IT department, automating their manual processes. Savings are quickly to realized after deployment. More time are being freed from repetitive works e.g. updating policies, updating tickets
Its a very good and easy to use software for Robitic process automation.

Development of rpa bots in less time and deployment of bots.

Learning curve involved, so many features need to be improved.

Automation of human interaction with the UI part of the application.

Automation Anywhere helps to me extract data from unstructured format into structured format.
What do you like best about the product?
It has an IQ Bot which is great because from that bot we can train to bot and implement easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere forum should be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on different format invoices, from these invoices we have to extract data. We know very well AA is the only tool which can work on unstructured data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to handle and no coding is required for it. It is better that UiPath and Blue Prism, because of its extraordinary features.

I am delighted by the availability of great help and support by AA
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not exactly enchanted by the fact that we as the experienced development staff in field cannot jump to script level and code more easily. That would be a great improvement Automation Anywhere support team can try and do. That would add a more fluid experience for experienced development staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating back office financial processes that would otherwise require menial work for long hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you well-inform the business that this is not a miracle solution and it will fix inherent problems within the process.
Anther point I could make is, spend a good amount of time in requirements analysis and make sure business agrees what's being automated covers what an end user would do.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the Automation Anywhere our company helps find solutions to automate repetitive task. It is a user friendly tool. Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts, save operational time and lessen human error from a manual task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has some bugs and when we ask support team for a solutions sometimes they are unresponsive. Sometimes they will response like this "That's a known issue with the tool, please upgrade to the next version"

Automation Anywhere helps us provide solutions for Purchase Order and Accounting Process.

Main RPA Platform for Business Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The use of AA is pretty straight forward. The scheduling, the control and most the good one is credential vault which important for us to keep our business credential safe. Automation Anywhere also have good error log control which helping us to keep track on the error log in every task. The build in function for SAP is helping because we often automate SAP for our client. The excel macro also easy to integrate with Automation Anywhere. We build in the function in macro and called the function in macro by Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the string control, it is complex to either replace, sub-string the string, or even trim. The flexibility in making an array in this automation anywhere is complex a bit. We need to declare the size of array to able to use, unlike other platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main RPA in workplace is Automation Anywhere. We often integrate the Automation Anywhere with c#, vb.net and vba. The function we build in those platform will be called by the Automation Anywhere. We did the automation process for HR and FA department which mostly helped us on any daily, weekly or monthly task. Drag and drop function to make a code for AA is easy to manage. As we also need to have code review, i found that Automation Anywhere have the own tools to check on the code and review it. The result on the Automation Anywhere code review is simple and easy to understand.

Be creative and considering how much Automation Anywhere is helping you out, you just need to know what you're going to use.

Automation Anywhere having ease of use user interface to create automation. Developer only need to drag and drop to perform automation actions instead of writing programming codes/algorithm that uses more time and costs.
Its metabots that allow to import DLLs and taskbot that allow to run scripts is helpful when there is special scenario that need mechanisms that doesn't exists in Automation Anywhere commands. e.g. when we need to get T-1 date of a specific date string, we could just write a vbscript to format the date and date add -1 of the date, and then we only need to run the script in our taskbot.

I hope automation anywhere could include date mechanisms for us to easily manipulate the date string e.g. format of the date string, date add of date string, get the day of week of the date, add hour, add minutes and etc. This really helps to save the time to write extra scripting and minimize the complexity of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its help me to create RPA in a short time period with ease of use user interface. Its schedule feature allow me to schedule the task easily and its trigger feature allow me to run the task for specific scenario is useful when there is no specific time schedule to run the tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation anywhere is ease of use application to create automation. I like its task editor a lot as I'm a programmer background, its task editor let me feel more familiar and organized, it make me feel like i'm actually writing codes in my compiler, but it is actually more easier to use and time saving in development.
