I like the broadness of the tool that has the ability to handle more functions and features than other tools.

Integrating the application into our cloud environment was a struggle

We are looking at high ROI processes that provides that best value to the organization. We also look at process that are well defined and that use systems that are stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn. Great educational material in the AA university providing me with a all the knowledge I need to set up and build our first solution.
Quick to build bots. Easy to use client user interface. Huge amounts of functionality available leading to very customizable solutions. Quick to install with clear guidelines in user manual.
Very helpful service team, solved any issue I came across. Great support from customer success team proactively enabling us to efficiently deploy a successful solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complex role segregation in control room. Good for large RPA department. Not good for individual user setting up first used case. UI not consistent from Client to Control Room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big data migration and manipulation. External data collection. Process flow monitoring and management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure first used case is identified before going ahead with the set up to enable maximum ROI

I like this product because this is very easy in learning when any fresher join in our team and we not need to spend so much time to explain this. They use to with this within 2-3 days.

Speed is not so much good

Automation Anywhere is a very good product
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to install; easy to learn and easy to support. It is a great tool for a business RPA needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Code management and deployment could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repeatable business processes across the organization. We have realized cost savings; increase in volumes; and increase in quality.
Allows quick start and scaling
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start. Novice developers will not have trouble advancing to developing complex processes. Also the overall features seems to care for scaling (which we have yet to go). Flexible enough to cater for various business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the need to finetune the robot's waiting time to optimize for each interacting system, although this problem may be true for any other competitive products. Sometimes hard to troubleshoot the root cause of failure.

Filling in the gap between rigid non-flexible system and users'needs. Saved substantial man-hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product. Be careful when working with the representatives from their new branch offices (business process issues).
