What do you like best about the product?
The best i like is mainly the front end interface which includes client,control room as well IQ bot.features or activities available in client are awesome to interact with applications.Also the meta bot an iq bot design was cool and good stuff to process multiple invoice processes.Good support from automation anywhere support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far dont have any dislikes.As receiving so many hot fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time problems mainly in finance and banking areas.with respect to huge volume and FTE the bot helps to work 24*7 provides the support to to run which avoids human actions and helps in solving the business problems.

please provide more community editions to work around
My 1st tool for automation and that gave me awesome and user friendly experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Commands for all types of automation objects also experience with IQ bot was mind blowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing OCR ... it works sometime and sometime not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel operations, PDF integrations , Web Data Scraping (Web recorder helped me a lot for web based scraping i.e objects inner text and Dom X Path etc). Also not to forget Metabot , it helped me for Oracle based Automation.

A2019 flow chart option along with the traditional Code editor window makes it user friendly

Automation Anywhere is not an open source tool unlike UiPath and BP now

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly the user interface of client,control room and IQ Bot.its really very interesting while working with IQ bots.Almost 3 to 4 business process automated.so many challenges with great learning. Activities provided in client is awesome.security with respect to control room is well perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times working with meta bots with complex applications leads to quite difficulty while interacting with DLL'S,logic and assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With respect to couple of domains like finance,banking and retail sectors.the volume is huge and the time taken from man power is reduced when bot comes into picture .works 24*7 and segregates accordingly based up on business requirements.

Please provide community editions more with all hot fixes compatible to systems

IQ bot not capture image as expected compare to other tools(abby tool)

we receive around 13000 IT tickets around globe 24/7 , we use two resource to assign the tickets to tech's, i created a bot which assign the ticket to tech automatically

Automation Anywhere - Object Cloning is super easy
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using UFT and Tosca for quite some time and I can very well relate core concepts of Automation techniques. Object cloning in Automation Anywhere is relatively simple to do. The play mode Object is very easy to perform, also its option to choose Action, makes it super easy to capture all details of an object.
What do you dislike about the product?
In SAP related scripts, the variables are passed in the Argument in sequential number (i.e. [0] for first variable, [1] for second variable etc), this may be some time confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several custom programs in SAP ISU which are designed several years ago and having multiple patches of requirements added on it. It would be costly to replace with new programs and that's where Automation Anywhere helps a lot. The repetitive process of those programs can be easily automated with RPA bots and saves lots of time and money, as the outcome is still achieved with existing proven program even though in older fashion, rather than developing brand new programs again to cater the same requirements.

Ilautomation anywhere helps lot in the coding stage and the it is very intuitive to learn

There is nothing to dislike it is very easy to understand

Its easy to use and the automation. The drag and drop feature makes AA very easy to use.

I didnt like that i coudnt enter .net expressions like i can when using UiPath.
