What do you like best about the product?
This is a wonderful automation tool for beginners. I never used any automation tool, just started my automation journey with this, having list of commands to easily access the tool features for example window actions, mouse click and automate excel. It's a scalable, secure RPA tool. It's a summation of cognitive automation, robotic process automation and work force automation. It's free trial addition is also available for trail. It's a complete automation tool which is feel very useful for all the industry to fulfill their requirement. its feature like logging, scheduling task, using filters, debugging task and most important adding triggers are very useful. Adding triggers is very useful for all the industry now days to revert mails by reading automatically . Most of the industry still deploy a workforce for reading customer emails and revert them individually. Debugging task is also I found wonderful as it ease the issue analysis and resolution. I will definitely try to explore more to enhance my knowledge on automation, which is current a hot skill in the IT industry.

As a techie I am always interested to understand a tool at code level, I feel developer option for more customization but not very easily understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used Looing an right now exploring adding triggers for auto revert of mails for group insurance users.

The logic and the interactions with 3rd party applications provides the scalability and flexibility of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be detailed and descriptive materials available for a layman to learn AA from scratch and build his/her own bot. The quality of materials and references provided only provide an overview of basic operations and techniques.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are addressing Healthcare Processes with above average complexity and trying to automate the same using task bots. Benefits range from 20% to 55% improvement over cycle times and hence FTEs released is calculated.

Always look at singular tasks in a certain process and then look at the opportunity for automation. Rest assured, AA will give you the results you want.

I have been using couple of Robotic process automation tools but I found Automation Anywhere is little bit ahead of other tools.
The Graphical User Interface of Automation Anywhere is very eye pleasant.
Technical aspects are also very good.
Basically automation anywhere is developed for the people who doesn't have much idea about programming.There is one feature known as "hotkey" which we can use to run a particular task frequently.Processing speed of Automation Anywhere is very fast compared to other Automation Tools.To perform any action on Unstructured Data or any Document then Automation Anywhere has Iq Bot functionality.
Automation Anywhere automate any process within very less time.The recording feature of Automation Anywhere is very unique.
To Automate any repeatative process by using Automation Anywhere is very easy as it needs very minimum amount of human intervention.

There are lots of Automation Tools around the market and there isn't any single tool which is perfect or rather with no areas of improvement.
This is same regarding Automation Anywhere tool. I can't same that I dislike it but rather I will call it as areas of improvement.
There are certain areas in which Automation Anywhere should look into it to improve them.Like it should include the feature GoTo line command which will identify whether the Database Connection is terminated ot not.

There was one process which we need to automate, but the process which we need to automate was very complex one. After trying to automate using various other Automation tools we finally ended up using Automation Anywhere and the task seemed very easy one.

1. We are unable to start or stop taking snapshot in "Begin Error" using a configuration file, this feature require for compliance purpose.
2. Unable to debug the code while calling new task file from a task file.
3. if multiple task file open and we scrolling down a task file in editor then on the scrolling will also move for other task file on same line (if no of lines available otherwise last line)
4. To run the task file form control room we need to put static path to call a task file, unable to make this path dynamic as per configuration.

We recommend However, we need additional tools to fix the bugs that the tool presents. In addition, in Brazil the offer is not democratized. Small and medium-sized companies are unable to access it at cost and the logistical support provided by the representatives does not cover the entire territorial extension.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the leading tool in RPA industry and mostly used tool for RPA in small and large organisations. It is easy to use and vast features help teams to automate the task/business processes easily and save manual efforts. It has IQbots/metabots features which help us to use AI /DLLs methodology to even go more deeper with our automations. There are even options to integrate the scripts and run with automation anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of features which needs to fixed after the upgrade to V11 .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using automation anywhere to automate tasks which ground level representatives perform to submit various requests to web portals either to increase the sales or return process. We are saving in terms of efforts and ROI is very good for the deployed bots.
