What do you like best about the product?
I like the most about Automation anywhere is it's code free. It is very user friendly.
It can be used by any non-technical person who know about basic logic understanding.
Its handling and creating bot is very easy than other RPA tools.
Error handling methodology is very useful at the time of error.
The IQ bot product also very useful. with the help of this we can extract unstructured data to structure format.

I dislike about Automation Anywhere is meta bot speed. It run slow than other bots.

What do you like best about the product?
i like object cloning command & error handling command. Error handling command is most helpful when i'm working on live project. because of error handling i'm able track the errors while i'm online.
What do you dislike about the product?
for excel automation or IQ bot when handle many validation by VBA (macro) . it will good if we can create validation from AA client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved many problems from Automation anywhere. Most likely SAP Automation, we have many internal systems for data validation before uploading data we have to validate data from Automation Anywhere, according conditions.

What do you like best about the product?
With the latest version of Automation Anywhere A2019 the automation bar has been raised. With it's cloud friendly architecture and independence from operating systems, scalability and enterprise wide adoption is not a dream anymore. Moreover with many new packages introduced for ease of coding allows the developer community to imagine and develop solutions without limitations. Introduction of dictionary and handling of data tables has improved the ease around challenges from previous versions which are still a concern for few RPA tools.Upcoming integration with Microsoft suite especially in Excel can be foreseen as an aggresive step towards taking RPA to a next level for end business users and making it BAU for the wider organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few features like workload management that are still in the roadmap for the latest version which makes it difficult to pitch for a customer where they are looking to engage immediately. While it can be easily pitched to a customer who has an intent to start 3-6 months from now.
Also there is no clear information available around how the existing customers on V11 can be migrated to A2019 or what is the roadmap around migration.

Have implemented Automation Anywhere for multiple clients and have seen consistent benefits in terms of FTE reduction, Error Reduction, RSI Index, satisfactory ROIs etc. Have seen decent results with IQ BOT as well along with the features and capabilities that it offers to extract data. Have seen great results for two insurance customers where end to end process automation was achieved and all the process related heavy lifting has been catered by Automation Anywhere BOTs. Seeing a lot of traction by a number of clients asking for Automation Anywhere because of proven capability and clear outcomes.

It is really important ot map the organization requirements with the available features in AA and the ability of the tool to cater to the IT ecosystem.

1. needs to upgrade in Excel command areas and operations performed there.

In our environment we have reduced a lot of manual work via implementing Automation Anywhere along with a lot of human time wasted. This has resulted in greater output and efficiency and also time on human hands to focus on other project needs. Automation Anywhere is faster, time saving and chances of error are also reduced.
