Good tool to use but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I think automation anywhere is good for someone who doesn't have a very good programming background. The features are easily understandable. Most of the features are generic and can be easily used. Also, the control room has a very good feature of monitoring the bot and bots can be paused, resume and killed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe, AA needs to introduce more new features. The IDE looks very old. There are limited features for manipulating data tables. Having generic types of variables sometimes make it annoying to write code as you have to write a couple of like to use the value assigned to a variable. Doesn't provide many features to manipulate Excel data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are various business processes I have automated. Including, automating shared mailbox, a Ceasing customer account in the company which is one of the most complex processes in the company. Moreover, sending the purchase order to a dealer, sending tender to dealers etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Performance of UI, Acts as digital worker and very effective in completion of job duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object Cloning is not working on Java forums in Oracle ERP Applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped in reducing of human labor, was able to perform lot of tasks.

Aa is displayed as live code, its very easy to learn

What do you like best about the product?
I like the SQL structure coding, with macro recording features and a vast amount of free download in the market place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would offer some sort of a scripting programming language. Something like VBA or VScript. A compiler would be great as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just beginning to explore. We are in an exploring state into Finance and HR.
Great Content, bucould improve the video player option
What do you like best about the product?
Content was great, a lot of use cases and practical examples which helps understand better
What do you dislike about the product?
Video player could have more options as 1.25x, 1.5x acceleration ratio of the video.

I am helping customers understand better why RPA is important and why AA is the right solution for achieving the RPA benefits

Minimum Coding is required while using Automation Anywhere which decreases the development time

Lack of Customization in Automation Anywhere. Installation is time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part in AA is, it does not require high level coding to develop solution. Any one who can break the problem statement/requirement into small bits and pieces can develop the solution. With basic training Business can automate there process without depending on the developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are facing challenges in the tool like, Object cloning fails most of the times.(It will be great, if some sort of AI added to autocorrect itself and allow the developer/designer to validate and push to production. It will save lot of time).

We started in 2018 and implemented 2 projects.

The experience of BOTATHON was really amazing, user friendly and information oriented
What do you like best about the product?
Bot Creator & Runner
– User Friendly Interface (ie, creation can be done using Drag and Drop of the functions and objects, highly configurable on the parameters etc).
– No technical background and programming skills are required.
– Troubleshooting is easier with the alerts flagging out the specific error and the line number.
Analytics Function
– User Friendly Interface with auto-generation of the information pushed from the Bot to the control room. This information can be used for plotting of chats,graphs, generation of reports etc without programming.
– Built-in analytics and chart which can be easily configured for operation use eg, Trend of top customers and its permit processing status.
Trainer & Facilitator
Very knowledgeable, helpful and hands-on. Able to identify cause of errors and give good advice.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the program was really nice, but they could have considered to provide some more knowledge on IQBot and hands-on practice on that and also more seamless handling of unstructured with structured data.
