What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere's the capability to interact with multiple platforms and providing advanced and reliable services. Its interface is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its hangs when we do lots of processing and not good for extracting document information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance process automation.
The benefit is help in the processing of the general ledger and submits requests in oracle.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides range of commands to automate. Platform is really user-friendly for developers and business users. Learning curv is short for new technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
A2019 platform requires a high amount of bandwidth. Difficult to troubleshoot errors in A2019. Migrating bots to A2019 is also tricky and many times requires to rework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems : Supplier purchase order to sales order, Bank reconciliation and automation of charges, Intercompany reconciliation.
Benefits : lots of human errors elimnated. Overall turnaround time has reduced. Users are extremely happy as theri repitative work has reduced.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is no doubt a quick solution to implement and rollout. Your companies existing IT team can quickly learn this solution without any specific technical knowledge. However, it is essential to define the processes you want to automate to get a high ROI. They are upgrading the product regularly to support more features.

Collaborative working for a single Bot is still not available in AA, so we are getting impacted by time line.

AA bot can scan through any application and give you a final outcome/Output what Business need and save time for them.

Log and troubleshooting process should be more elaborative and simple.
2. 2 or 3 developer should able to work on the same Bot and you should implement a mechanism where they can merge their code and get it done quickly.

Very user friendly for developers & for business users to manage BOTs . Also - AA provide wide range of functionalities which helps developer to achieve completion faster. Their recent version A360 gives more access to functionalities for various projects

Machine learning and NLP should be associated along with the product

I will strongly recommend Automation Anywhere as it helps to easily implement BOTs in any organization. Non technical expertise can also user AA to develop and deploy bots in short span of time. in terms of BOT management & execution is at ease. The distinctive feature AA has - they comply to all audit requirements and robust product implementation at customer place in short span of time. AA Support ensures to address queries with 24 hours of ticket been raised. CSM & Account managers are constantly in touch to know if there are any pain areaas to address by AA and help us to address them in their forthcoming enhancement. THis helped us to be more active with Automation anywhere in BOT development and scaling up of bots. BOT insight provides larger view on BOT utilization and ROI .AA as a product is reliable in terms of security aspect and project implememtation. They also ensure to support us running scripts using AA console. AA has been supportive to their customers and scale up BOTs to its customers.

Human decision is getting belittled in the entire end to end process of automation which affects the overall ROI and customer satisfaction ratings also.

Streamlining the processes from lead capture to KYC and backend heavy lifting of processes. Also, getting up to date reporting analysis from robust dashboard and in depth understanding of each process
