Easy to use RPA platform with good features and good user interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like this solution to automate our tasks it is a great solution because it has given amazing results. I like the real-time data collection and editing and easy integration, as well as offering good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal opinion I can say that the only negative is the licenses, which are expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bots that get job done faster than humans are great because we save a lot of time by filling out forms, sending mass emails, and handling data much faster and more efficiently.
Automation Anywhere Process discovery helps in scaling and improving the process steps
What do you like best about the product?
Automation process discovery helped us scaling towards the hyper automation by identifying the process improvement factors and thus reducing the automation execution time
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere process discovery can be improved from an AI and NLP perspective to identify those use cases which can be resolved through AI and NLP features rather than relying only on RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere process discovery allowed us to scale the number of automations deployed on production environment and also reducing the manual efforts to identify the right candidates to RPA process automation , it also has improved the efficiency rates of multiple process which made use of process discovery module
Automate anywhere for troublesome and repetitive processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the free comunity eddition that is available to anyone is great and I love its automation features, drag and drop makes it totally cost effective RPA for any business that wants to automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now its a great software that doesnt cause dislike so I wont say anything here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of email, Excel and everything related to business and operational processes. This technology adapted very well to our automation needs, so I can say that it benefits us a lot.
AA excellent software so that all tasks are automated
What do you like best about the product?
AA is an amazing software that can be easily used to cover all the repetitive tasks needs of the business. I like running bot for different data sets and it offers error testing capability and its interface is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be more comfortable when executing the bots.

Since we use AA we notice an improvement in the workflow and we save a lot of time and effort because we automate most of the tasks that are too many and repetitive is what this RPA does.
Perfect RPA for all the repetitive tasks that exist on a day-to-day basis

I like AA because it is a tool that helps us automate repetitive processes in a shot time. It has been a very good tool because it offers a community version and you dont have to be entering codes or being an expert because its low-code.

Automating some processes can be awkward or incomprhensible at times.

I solved problems in tiring and repetitive manual jobs because with this RPA solution there is no need to do the tasks manaually and it is very useful for process automation and data extraction.

I like this RPA solution for mundane and repetitive processes, this tool is important for our team to end the repetitive and improve workflow. I like the look of the interface and that its easy to create your first bot and get it up and running.

AA has not shown anything negative so far, wich is why I support this great RPA.

Since using it it works great, fixing workflow issues, reducing errors when working wiht the bot, autoamting most of the tedious and manual processes, saving a lot of time and fixing invoice issues.

This RPA is very good because it offers different types of versions and the community one is free and it also offers a complete demo but what I like the most is that it is friendly and easy in a certain way and that it fulfills its purpose in general tasks automation.

Nothing bad, but you can improve privacy and confidentiality to feel more secure when using this RPA.

I like this tool for exploring knowledge because it is friendly and it a leader in the RPA market, its AI capabilities are great for automating repetitive processes, and it offers flexibility in scheduling and massive gains in productivity.

Only problems with pop-ups that were coming up all the time but it was already fixed.

Automating data, mining processes with precision, reducing errors and complexity, automating invoices, email monitoring and much more with just AA great RPA that paid off.

Its features like drag and drop, bot creation, different data sets, data visualization, automation of repetitive tasks and all its features are the best that this RPA product has to offer. It also offers a comunnity trial version where you can learn much more and test it its worth it.

There is nothing in particular that could make me complain about this RPA product.

Tasks that used to be repetitive are now automated with bots and we learned how RPA works to solve problems like data mining and extraction as well as perform deep analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a real-time automation platform to improve accuracy and decision-making; it also offers user-friendly features to help reduce human errors and provides excellent features like drag and drop, cross-platform, interactive forms, and many supported packages. It's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could comment here that it's expensive RPA and some code is complex, but nothing that can't be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I have solved problems with the automation of repetitive tasks and mining of processes, and we obtain benefits like saving time and doing other activities while the bots do their thing.
