It is very informative and has helped when we needed it the most.

The monthly report that is sent to our admin emails takes forever to load.

Files are available whenever we need to restore or recover a missing file

Seamless Druva Back Ups
What do you like best about the product?
Sanity in knowing the data is secure and there when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed at which data is restored is slower than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva Data Security Cloud helps solve data protection and management issues by providing reliable cloud backup, disaster recovery, and compliance. It has benefited me by reducing the complexity of managing data backups, ensuring data is secure across endpoints, and providing easy access to restore options, which enhances productivity and minimizes downtime.

Druva Data Security Cloud addresses several key problems related to data protection and management in cloud environments.
Quality of Support makes the Difference in Backup Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Overall package covers most of the needs of any medium size company. Support is quick on response and is helpful. They provide curated solutions for problems, within scope of their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features need to be enabled by contacting Support.

A suitable Backup solution for Medium size Companies.
M365 and Salesforce backup in minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up backup of M365, Entra and Salesforce is so easy and quick. You can be backing up in minutes. It is easy to customize with policies that can do what you want.
Backing up VMWare takes a little longer due to the need to deploy a virtual appliance on th host. But once you have the appliance deployed backing up vm's is so easy. Policies are very easy to create and control.
One of the best features is data lock which prevents intentional or accidental deletion of snapshots.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Phoenix product which is used to back up vmware is so easy to use you can start growing the amount of data you backup very quickly. This product is billed by terabytes so it is easy to have costs grow pretty fast. You need to pay attention to your retention policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple things we need backed up. Druva was able to consolidate this backup into one product. Instead of having many different backup solutions.

waiting time to delete backups, it is a little anoying to wait a week in order to delete servers after the backup set it deleted

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Druva has become my one stop shop for so many features I didn't even realized I needed to protect our office data.
I first started using Druva as an on-premise backup solution over 10 years ago, then graduated to Cloud based -offsite backup. As my network infrastructure changed from PHYSICAL to VIRTUAL, Druva changed and added VMWare backup. in the last year I have added my Azure Cloud Based Network too.
Most recently I added 0365, OneDrive and Endpoint protection along with RANSONWare Recovery feature.
Now when I log into the Druva website, my dashboard presents me with a centralized portal for all my backup data and security needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The worse thing I can say is that they keep improving and moving around the dashboard layout to make room for even more options and features When I do not login for awhile, it takes a minute to figure out how to navigate to the area I want to access. Thank god the changes are always improvements and there is more than one way to get to the same area. I wish Druva would stop expanding and improving!!!!....only kidding. keep up the great work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the data backup solutions for the my network data on-premise and in Azure, 0365, OneDrive, endpoints....there is even a solution for recoverying from a Ransonware attack by being able to create a clean version of all the data from the history of backups. In the event we cannot prevent the original attack, knowing that Druva can assist and aid us in recovering is one of the most important feature I am grateful to have as part of my cybersecurity solution
Bespoke Backup and Data Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We use the Druva cloud Backup and recovery solution to Backup Exchange, sharepoint, One drive and shared mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest, the support is great

Ease of cloud data backup and recovery
Easy to use with great customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
I found the ease of use across the website and the customer support to be outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to dig into a specific security area, but it is not often that I have to look there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need an offsite solution to configure out backups to allow for redunant systems and it has been amazing for that.
Druva is great

Having the backups sent to the cloud and not dealing with tapes is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Druva that I dislike.

Having Cloud backups has been such a time saver, its almost set it and forget it.
