Great features for an organization looking to secure, back up, and manage their data reliably.
What do you like best about the product?
The use of AI for threat detection, anomaly detection, and predictive insights is another impressive feature. It helps organizations proactively safeguard data and identify potential issues before they escalate. Druva is fully cloud-based, which means it simplifies backup, disaster recovery, and data security across hybrid and multi-cloud environments without needing on-premises infrastructure. This is great for scalability and minimizing complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides or concerns with Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
K-12 schools often struggle with securing and backing up large volumes of sensitive student data, teacher records, and administrative information. Druva offers automated data backup across multiple environments (cloud, endpoints, and SaaS applications), ensuring that critical data is consistently protected and can be quickly restored in case of an incident.

Effortless and Reliable Data Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Thing I like the best about Druva Data Security Cloud is its seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. Druva's automated backups have significantly reduced the workload on our IT department which allows us to focus more on strategic tasks rather than routine data protection. Also druva's customer service is amazing. Whenever we've had questions or needed support their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Budgeting was difficult at first since it was difficult to keep track of Druva's credit usage but due to their new cost consumption reports it's fairly easy to access and get a breakdown of cost and credits through Druva console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva Data Security Cloud has been a game changer for us in handling data protection and disaster recovery. I've managed both server and database backups with Druva. It really simplified our IT operations allowing us to save time and focus on more important projects.

Ease of use and knowing that i have full backups with someone helping me on the otherside to keep on top of it.

Not knowing the way to set it up but got great help from Amarjitsingh.

Excellent User Support Experience with Druva
What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with Druva has been great. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with the Customer Support Team, who were able to assist me with fixing user accounts and profiles in our Druva instance. Their guidance was key in correcting many existing issues with our backups and user profiles. Moreover, their support also provided the necessary information in building out a sync mapping to our Google instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing continuous scroll and more export / reporting functions would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva assists with our cloud backup, profile updates, and name changes for hundreds of users. Additionally, Druva support has provided detailed information on how to connect our Google Workspace instance with Druva via automated sync.

Druva has been a very smooth experience in both setting up backups. Whenever an issue does occur, support is very responsive.

Have not had any issues with Druva that could not be resolved

We needed a way to reliably backup end user endpoints, SaaS apps, and servers. Druva offers multiple ways to recover if an issue occurs.

It is an all inclusive solution for all backups we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, keep up the great work and keep the portal simple.

It is a good one stop shop that backs up all our needs without the need for subscribing to multiple services.
Very easy to use and Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
Ransomware protection works. Ability to restore to specific points using snapshots. Restores are very easy to do and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't as much integration available for other software sources such as from other SAAS apps

Backup setup, ransomware/data recovery, and cloud backup solutions

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many options they have for learning more, if you have the drive the company allows you explor knowledge bases via their online pages, webinars, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Havn't found something I dislike yet, little latency on portal but thats about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A safe backup/snapshot of data. If someone deletes something on site or is missing data it has helped a lot with getting them their lost info.
The only downfall of Druva is that I can't use it in my smaller companies.
What do you like best about the product?
Druva has saved alot of time. Once a system is set up to back up, it does exactly that. I can support my end users from anywhere or walk them through recovery for themselves. Switch screens and I am able to track and monitor the back ups on my M365 including Entra. Reporting is effective and can be triggered on what I want to know. Drvua customer support is quick, knowledgable and usually resolved the first time. The integration was straighforward and easy to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to use Druva for my smaller clients, but they do not meet the minimum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to visit multiple locations and sites to confirm my back ups were successful in the past - now I have one portal to view all back up services, devices and errors. Resolution to any issues occurs in the first call and Druva proactively makes sure I am aware of updates and improvements to make my job easier. Druva staff is passionate about being the best selection for my services and I appreciate it!
