Relativement satisfait de Druva inSync.

J'ai eu des interactions très positives avec le support de Druva les quelques fois où j'ai dû les contacter. Les communications pendant notre transition de sur site vers le cloud étaient un peu irrégulières, mais dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait.

Le programme n'est pas aussi personnalisable que je le souhaiterais.

easy an complete backup and compliance solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva InSync is a great solution for securing mobile users. is is relatively easy to set up in your own private datacenter and once configured it is very easy to roll out to the endpoints,
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest there is nothing about druva insync that I really dislike or miss from a feature standpoint. it does everything we need it to do in a simple reliable way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we mostly use mobile devices to work on (notebooks) and we needed a solution to secure and back up our company data that was stored on these devices. druva insync does this very competently.
Druva works as it should in most cases. But it isnt very good for admin customization.
What do you like best about the product?
You can replace laptops much quicker and effeciently with Druva. You can search past backup snapshots to recover accidentally deleted files. Druva support and prompt and will work with you to resolve issues (user error and product issues)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Druva does not work as it should and no good expaination is given. They just say, thats the expected result, which doesnt really make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup customization for the different business departments. Data can be easily searched and restored. (fully or individual files)

Overall, Druva is a great tool. Granular changes are possible and the support is very good.

Très facile à utiliser pour un client. Le client peut sauvegarder et restaurer sans l'aide du service informatique.

Échoue parfois et nécessite de réinstaller le logiciel client en raison d'une erreur de configuration.

Sauvegarde des données que la plupart des utilisateurs ne réalisent pas qu'ils peuvent facilement perdre lorsque leur disque tombe en panne.

Ce produit est excellent dans ce qu'il fait. Parfois, ce n'est pas l'application la plus facile à utiliser, mais la sauvegarde et la restauration des données sont toujours impeccables.

Le tableau de bord administratif est facile à utiliser et intuitif.

La configuration SSO est légèrement plus complexe que celle d'autres applications que j'ai configurées.

Nous avons tous les utilisateurs synchronisés une fois par semaine et cela rend les transferts de matériel beaucoup plus faciles.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature for Druve inSync is that it has protected our users files and emails across Google and their laptops countless times. We've had many users ask for files they've accidentally deleted to be restored and inSync has saved us many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit confusing for the end user at first. Once they use the product a bit, they get familiar with it and can pretty much self service themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can backup users' Gmail and Google Drive content seamlessly, and without affecting the end user. We've been able to restore users documents and emails from our backups taken from Druva within minutes and have saved critical data from being lost forever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compared to other solutions, this one is fast, easy and very secure. I highly recommend using this as compared to Microsoft solutions like OneDrive.
Email backups without the fuss
What do you like best about the product?
We use Druva inSync as our primary Office 365 email and One drive backup solution. All users in our Office 365 tenant have their email and one drive protected with Druva inSync. We're able to quickly backup, monitor, and restore data as needed. We simply worry about what data to backup and not about the infrastructure to perform the backup.
InSync was easy to deploy. I spend little time managing the software.
I was able to protect and restore our data without the need for formal training on the software. Everything was simple to use out of the box.
Most issues I have can be solved without opening a ticket. But if I need to get in touch with a support agent, I can open a chat request and within minutes have a tech on the end assisting me. The few tickets I had to open were resolved on the first call.

We're able to get email and one drive backups extra hardware. This is completely handled in the cloud.Druva inSync provides backups without the extra costs and overhead of managing on premise hardware
We protect our Office 365 environment with Druva inSync. We have email and one drive added to backups, then Druva will sync that data between our AD environment. That way you'll be able to see an individuals users cloud applications under a single user profile. The backups run seamless. I rarely have to do anything in the admin console outside of check job status.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically backs up data without backup up the unnecessary files. It's user-friendly for end users to automatically restore when a laptop is replaced or a hard drive crashes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sort of document 'versioning' would be nice - if it has that already, I've not experienced using it or know about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backups for laptop swaps; it's easy to backup and restore.
