What do you like best about the product?
Druva is an excellent backup saas solution that is easy to use and offers a wide range of backup options.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Druva has been excellent, and I have no complaints we had some configurations issues but they were self inflicted and support were great in helping us with over come them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data retention and in form restoration

A Comprehensive Solution for Cloud Application Security
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, like you don't have to be a scientist or anything. Even my non-tech collegues can use it and set it up
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislike or some inconvenice I had while using Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, Druva is super important for keeping our stuff safe, especially when it comes to saving and getting back our data.
We started using Druva because we had some problems like losing files by mistake or when our computers broke.
That showed us why we needed something strong to help us save our stuff.
Druva's cloud has changed how we handle our data.
We use it a lot to save stuff automatically on all our computers, like the ones everyone uses at work, the big servers, and even apps like Salesforce and Office 365.

Good Data Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps backups organized well, issues are rare. Support has been helpful when needed. New anti-ransomware features look very helpful, though hopefully never needed!

Nothing I don't really like about it, does what we need

Gives us point in time recovery of web files from our AWS FSx volumes

What do you like best about the product?
It just works, it does exactly what they say it will do, and its been batting 100% in all the interactions I have had with it so far over the last year, what more could I ask for?
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit sluggish sometimes but this is a super minor gripe as the app is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva provides an interface that allows easy access to all our emails, teams, and sharepoint data, backed up incrementally and securely stored in the cloud.
Data Backups Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup on the backend. We were able to use this in conjunction with Work Space One to push out the agent to users laptops and configure the profiles to backup exactly what they needed with ease. It's very easy for end users to grab what they need from the backup and if a laptop fails, we have easily been able to rebuild on another machine. No complaints from end users about missing data or the time it takes to restore which is critical in the backup space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found too much that we dislike. Would liketo see an integration with Slack or Teams that allows end users to seamlessy restart their backup if it failed or paused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its backing up user laptop data which before we implemented Druva, was a huge sore point in the org.

Druva is very easy to set and forget once it is implemented in your System

The learning curve for UI navigation and generally configuring the tool can be steep.

Druva has been incredibly beneficial for data backup and recovery, thanks to its user-friendly interface and outstanding customer support. Our company recently extended our contract due to the cost efficiencies it provides in backing up our Microsoft 365 environments.

Data Classification/eDiscovery is a separate module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up O365 cloud to cloud so I don't have to have on-premises while maintaining Immutability.
