What do you like best about the product?
The Features are great but you get that from a spec sheet. What you don't get from a spec sheet is the quality of the service. We have regular Zoom catch ups with an account manager and when we do need some technical support - which is not often by the way, the support techs have very good in depth knowledge of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Full Restores to a new endpoint can be slow - patience is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researchers need to concentrate on thier research not be worried about data curation. Druva helps us automate protecting intelectual property.

What do you like best about the product?

Pricing bit costly / and not unlimited backup solution on the product.

Very good in endpoint backup / very fast backup solution

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to manage it. It achieves what is necessary without over-engineering things
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is simple to manage it, I would add more options to improve the architecture/design of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are covering all data backups for users both in endpoints and saas apps (gmail and gdrive). We are decreasing costs by not maintaining google licenses.

A discovery journey.

What do you like best about the product?
As a google admin I´m exploring the back up capabilities for gmail and drive and I´ve found it a solid tool for that, the best part I believe is the eDiscovery. Powerful and with granular access. Excellent for admins.
The downside for now is just the way we can interact with the documents found with eDiscovery but I´m still testing it so I can´t be sure if its negative or just a matter of getting use to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None the I can think of at this moment. I hope it stays that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Potentially it will allow me to move away from Google archive licenses plus eDiscovery tool for Audits.

After the initial configuration, the product takes care of itself.

We have not discovered anything to be considered a dislike.

We are able to store our Google Workspace information while keeping our GWS license count down.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing is the air gapped quality and the rapid restore and dedupe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! The web site (console) is a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, the air gapped solution protects our environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva’s cloud-native approach eliminates the need for on-prem hardware and hardware lifecycle management.

We were able to deploy Druva with ease; it also help to simplify backup management across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and AWS.

The UI is clean, and the setup was fast. We especially value the ransomware protection and legal hold features.

Furthermore Druva help to reduce our backup cost the administrative tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom report option is limited.

There is not enough transparency on pricing

Cloud Backups made EASY

What do you like best about the product?
Druva supports so many platforms. When we setup Druva for O365 it was a quick 1 hour on boarding process and everything has worked great since. I literally just restored some deleted data from a Sharepoint site where my users was super nervous about it. The ease of doing the restore and then the speed of performing the actual restore was awesome. It's so nice to have that sense of security that Druva is there to save the day.

They also do a great job of making the setup easy and once it's setup you just forget about it until you need to restore data. It's great. I've never had an instance where the data Druva backed up is corrupt or missing. When there are any issues with a backup, their support is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions within the console for non-IT users. We would like to give managers access to employee backups (employees they managed not everyone in the company) to retrieve emails from a historical perspective. And also allow users to access their own backups to be able to restore anything they may have deleted. Currently Druva only allows full admin rights essentially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva allows us to backup and secure our entire 0365 and Entra ID environment. It keeps our data secure with immutability and makes all the data readily available. It has drastically reduced the time it takes to restore data from 20-30 minutes in labor down to 3 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive, and just works for the most part. When we do run into issues Druva support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides from my perspective, it just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles all our backup needs and simplifies the process.

The slight waiting time for implementation.

By having quick turnaround for restores, it is keeping our downtime to a minimum
