Le meilleur dans Druva inSync sur site est la sauvegarde Outlook MAPI et toutes les sauvegardes des clients sont en sécurité dans un endroit où aucun virus/malware n'entre. Sauvegarde et restauration transparentes que l'utilisateur peut effectuer lui-même. Surtout, en parlant de la gouvernance, c'est une excellente fonctionnalité pour analyser quels fichiers sont exactement sauvegardés et combien ils occupent. La déduplication est la meilleure que nous puissions faire. Ratio 1:2. Je peux dire avec fierté que mon organisation a 0% de temps d'arrêt sur la disponibilité des données utilisateur.

C'est un peu triste à écrire, mais les fonctionnalités de rapport doivent être améliorées ou flexibles. InSync devrait permettre aux administrateurs de créer des rapports selon leur manière de rapporter, comme interroger l'application pour recueillir quelques informations.

Très facile, entreprise de premier ordre et a répondu à toutes les questions avec beaucoup de détails.

Le service client avec la connaissance du produit était superbe. Le temps qu'il a fallu a dépassé nos attentes pour être configuré et mis en production.

Sauvegardes Cloud Druva Phoenix
The savings are real and this stuff works!!
We started looking into cloud backups after multiple acquisitions resulted in expensive and diverse backup scheme's across our enterprise. We needed a simple, inexpensive and scalable solution. We found that with Phoenix. Many of the other solutions we evaluated required us to manage our own infrastructure, yet they called themselves “backup solutions”; which really was just servers running on EC2 or supporting cloud storage endpoints. Further, and likely most importantly, the backup strategy they used wasn't as efficient as Druva’s Phoenix. The magic sauce that makes me so confident in this is the incremental forever and deduplication technology that Druva has invented. Where other technologies required taking full backups at set intervals (weekly/monthly) Druva doesn’t, after the initial seeding, it's always an incremental. The result is, lower cloud storage costs over time, shorter backup windows, and less requirements for bandwidth.

Druva InSync est extrêmement simple à utiliser et presque 100 % automatisé. Vous pouvez être aussi sélectif que vous le souhaitez et choisir uniquement quels types de fichiers ou même quels dossiers sont sauvegardés.
L'interface est agréable et épurée, et il est très simple d'effectuer une restauration. Excellent produit pour les utilisateurs quotidiens comme moi !

Les sauvegardes peuvent devenir coûteuses en fonction de leur taille, et il peut être difficile de rester en dessous de vos limitations de taille.

Nous utilisons ces produits pour sauvegarder les ordinateurs portables de nos utilisateurs professionnels lorsqu'ils voyagent et sont sur la route. Nous avons rencontré de nombreuses situations où nous devions restaurer des informations utilisateur à distance, et cela fonctionne !

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to configure, the learning curve for anyone new to the software is minimal.
The backups are very fast and you never notice a decrease in machine performance when they are running.
The maintenance of the software is very minimal.
The inSync share is a very easy way for users to share data with others, the password requirement is a very nice feature too.
When a user gets a new machine you simply backup the old, restore to the new and it takes less than 10 mins for most users, this is a phenomenal time saver.
Overall we are very impressed with Druva, even the reps are friendly and helpful. It has helped on more than one occasion to avoid data loss or a slow recovery.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that we dislike currently is that the on-premise version of inSync gets updated much later than the cloud based version.
Having to wait so long for the new features can be frustrating but it is a very minimal complaint in the grand scheme of things

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit for us is the time to setup new machines, Under 10 mins from the time we receive the old machine until the data is restored and fully working.
We also have many traveling users so making sure we always have a backup of their data for when machines get broken saves so many problems down the line.
We have found when data corrupts on a hard drive it is not an issue either, you simple........restore to a new HDD/SSD its that simple and easy.

Druva inSync - Reliable backup protection
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is a straightforward, easy to use, backup system implemented on Windows and Apple computers throughout my department. Installation, preference setup, recovery, and administration are all straightforward and work as advertised. I highly recommend this product to others looking for reliable backup software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple occasions where I transferred a users files and settings from one machine to a new machine, which caused Druva to think the new machine was the old. Druva support was able to get my issues resolved promptly and reliably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software provides reliable, offsite, cloud backup of user data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this as a backup system.

User friendly, easy administration. User can do granular recovery of the files. Mail backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, no detailed report. Example, it only provide last backup status. No detailed backup report available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All end points backup, including mobile backups.

Good to go.
We have 50 remote users who do their work on the road, disconnected from the network.
What do you like best about the product?
We can dynamically change the backup settings, not only for WHAT is being backed up, but also for use of CPU, etc. Everything is automatic, even the warnings for those who have not connected to the network recently. Also, we back up to an on-premise storage so we can be sure the data is not getting away from us.

Some confusion over setup of backup groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently experimenting with using Insync share to create custom folders of data relating to employee clients which can be shared to individual employees and altered 'on the fly' as client loads shift or clients leave the service. This use will reduce PII risk and keep our employee machines clear of unneeded files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Envision uses that even Druva has not thought about.

What do you like best about the product?
Installation and manageability is very easy and user friendly. Mass deployment and backup status monitoring is very friendly. User can browse previous version of file from restore option which is very popular in our network. Without any interrupting user it's protecting their data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing to dislike. All features are useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to recover files for a damaged/replaced system. User can restore their required files from inSync without any help from IT department.

Easy to use and reliable backup and recovery solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy for end user to restore their data. It saves the IT department one less troubleshooting ticket. From the console, the ability to update the client easily. The ability to track the last successful backup of the end-user. The support has been great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Losing the ability to continue with the Perpetual license. Being in the education environment there's no guarantee of continuing budget and the Perpetual license was the perfect model for us.

That storage is a commodity and with the deduplication helps with minimizing the amount of data that is used
