Simple to setup. Fast, efficient recovery! Reporting is good to!

The back end database spread across drives is a little confusing.

Piece of mind with Druva.
What do you like best about the product?
Druva inSync is simple to set up and use. The Admin panel is easy to navigate and users are able to easily restore themselves. Reliable backups and easy recovery makes for a great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I've run into performance issues during a backup. Pausing the backup and restarting at another time solved any concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many people are lax about saving files to servers and backing up to hard drives. Druva provides piece of mind without having to remember to backup. Simple and effective.

Great product and I highly recommend it's use. Reliable and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that all desktop and documents folders are backed up and the fact that we can select which days can be backed up, going back as far as we like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is much I dislike about it to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest benefit is when someones laptop gets lost or stolen , we can then recover the data on the replacement laptop.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is able to allow us to backup our end users machines without having to worry about the end user being responsible for backing up their data.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion the backup of files can be confusing when trying to restore the files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy data backup without end user intervention. We are able to recover data if the hard drive fails or is stolen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great backup solution that doesn't require end user knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is easy to configure and use. The automation is effective, the level of control from an administrative perspective is excellent, and it's easy for the end user to perform a restore.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed that it can be slow to do a larger restore, even when connected to our corporate network.

We use Druva to perform end user backups of documents and settings.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was smooth. We have been using Druva for over 2 years and it's been quite easy to administer and use. Fast speeds for backup and restore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Customer service also has been quite responsive.

Once configured this platform is by far the easiest to maintain and manage of any cloudbased platform

There were some issue getting configuration into AWS with our existing firewall network.

We are moving from an off site data and DR service to the cloud. Less cost and better recovery time

What do you like best about the product?
We like the fact that it can backup all end user data and setting while it encrypts it. The software is a great all in one solution specially for a start up company like we were when we deployed it.

Sometimes the encryption causes issues with files on the computer
