Good and reliable software
What do you like best about the product?
I like it as it is very easy to use. It is configured automatically to save the most important files from your computer or mobile device. To restore files is very easy. You can add as many devices as you need
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike using druva insync. As far as I am ware I would suggest the software to any companies I would work for. I am not sure about the prising
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me many times retrieving backup files from the cloud files. The local copies were lost due to technicals errors of the device being lost

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of deployment. Great interface. Outstanding customer support. Functionality.

A few feature could use further developement. As a product, this is a top shelf solution.

Druva protects our cloud enviroment to include Office 365. Maintaining data security and protection is how we leverage this product.

The troubleshooting of error logs seems to be problematic with the support staff.

Druva Phoenix
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Druva Phoenix for a few years now in our district and it has proven to be well worthe the resources. The ability to tie this in with Amazon Web Services and back up our servers in the cloud is extremely beneficial and very cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not discovered anything that is a downside with Phoenix Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are backing up our AWS servers and data and keeping a truly off-site real time backup. If we ever suffer a catastrophic failure or need to rebuild in a hurry, Druva Phoenix's resources will surely be of benefit to us.

It is the best option because the speed to make and restore a backup is lovely; in addition to the many improvements that are made continuously, they make administration very easy.

Peace of mind - if anything goes wrong,, if the equipment is damaged or stolen, we can recover the data.

A bit complicated to try to retrieve a specific file from the backup.

What do you like best about the product?
That the backup is seamless and easy to use, esp when going from one computer to a new computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you first set it up and you have users change their password it doesn't work right away

Problems, people who don't automatically put their items in Box and then something happens to their computers. Benefit is when a user gets a new computer and tries to use I can't get the new one until I backup my systems.

Ease of use and implementation. Works like a charm. Easy for users as well.

Super simple backup solution for cloud to cloud services. Easy to install and easy to use and maintain.

We have found nothing to dislike at this time. This solution fits every need we currently have for our cloud services.

We needed a backup solution after moving to Office 365 but did not want to bring the backups back onsite. Druva was our answer and has worked very well.
