I haven't ran into any issues with the Druva product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great backup solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, accessible from anywhere, very intuitive interface, always available uptime.

Sometimes downloads take time if there is a large amount of date being downlaoded.

Fast restore times allowing users to restore their own data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can backup data from accross multiple OS and architecture platforms, Quickly and still have a very low impact on device performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a public individual option for use at home. There is no public offerings outside the corporate world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disaster recovery when its needed and data migration for device refreshes. We also use it for Litigation Holds and E Discovery.
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
Druva has consistently provided excellent customer service. We are currently utilizing both the O365 backup and Server backup solutions. Both products are easy to use with only minor issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not encountered any real problems with the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud service. It is reliable and performs well for our environment. Luckily we have not had to utilize the service much but when we did need to use the service to restore files, it worked flawlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Druva for all of our offsite server and O365 backups.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is extremely easy to use, the UI is pretty clean and smooth to navigate through.
Audit trails for admin and non-admin logs can be saved forever, which gives us total control of our policies and changes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The backup destinations aren't supported as on-premises hardware anymore, which has its pros and cons. Some alerts like the critical ones are impossible to turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We protect a multitude of our workloads on Druva and knowing that our data is on a safe and secure cloud gives our admin team peace of mind. Druva also has excellent uptime guarantees and immutability of backups.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is easy to understand and easy to configure it. The region wise databackup points is very helpfull to upload the data. Also, it backup cloud storage instacnes like onedrive, share point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Druva has capability to except specific path from default backup path for specific devices or user, sometimes, we are getting this requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compare to our earlier endpoint backup solution end users were facing hugh cpu usage for that tool but after replaced with Druva the auto backup do not disturb end users' work environment, everything happens seamlessly in background.
Druva has been a life saver for our company!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Druva is our cloud resource and offline backup solution that is easy to use and restore data. We have had first hand experience with a ransomware attack and Druva was able to get us back up and running with our data restored on critical resources within 24 hrs we were back operational.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would say at the moment is waiting on the azure vm, sql and blob backups. I know they are coming soon but in the meantime I am using another backup solution to cover that and I would rather just use one source of truth. I had just wished that feature was out about a year ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Druva is solving for us is offline/offsite backups. It is fast and very efficient at dedup and compression and we don't have to house any infrastructure to accomplish this. We had Tape before and we could not complete the required backups in a timely fashion to meet our RTO or RPO demands.

Because of Druva my daily backup and restore setting-up tasks have become super easy and smooth to manage; we can easily set up our backup rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backups could be more live than scheduled rather than scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping end user data backed up and safe, preventing user data loss.
Using druva during a new computer replacement also saves the users a ton of time when the settings are restored.

Druva Backups makes my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
Druva's easy-to-use and readily available tools to monitor my backups make oversight easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My ios devices haven't been backed up; that's a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Druva a lot of our on-premises hardware isn't necessary now since everything is on the cloud, saving us time and effort.
