Druva a clairement été conçu en pensant aux administrateurs. Il est clair et facile à configurer, à récupérer des données, à voir les problèmes avec mes sauvegardes et, en général, à les résoudre très rapidement.
L'utilisation flexible du stockage est excellente pour un client avec une petite empreinte comme nous - nous pouvons payer pour ce dont nous avons vraiment besoin, et l'utilisation d'AWS signifie que c'est flexible si nos besoins changent.

Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Définir des politiques uniquement par groupe, sans option de remplacer un paramètre pour un serveur particulier, est un peu fastidieux si vous avez besoin de rétentions différentes pour différents serveurs.

Nous essayons d'éliminer autant de matériel sur site que possible. Transporter nos sauvegardes de serveurs dans AWS est une solution parfaite pour nous - nous savons toujours que les données sont disponibles et peuvent être consultées rapidement, sans les tracas de la maintenance du matériel.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that there was no additional equipment involved with this product, since it is agent-based it was easy to install and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing model is a bit confusing. No downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved getting our backups out of our sites and eliminated equipment at each site. We now have local and offsite backups in the AWS Cloud.

The customer service is superb, reliable and knowledgeable support staff and both are ready to help at any moment

Druva is a great partner for us. Our staff can reach out to sales or support with questions and there's always someone on another end who will help us to help our clients.

Phoenix it is not a myth
What do you like best about the product?
Druva Phoenix is a solid solution for your Server Backups and DR strategy. Wether you have a physical, virtual or hybrid infrastructure it covers them all in one management portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a dislike for Druva Phoenix. If I had to chose one I would say it is the fact I waited so long to decide to try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up our servers both physical and virtual. Automating these backups and having a schedule report to keep proactive on backups and DR.

Druva InSync will protect yourself entire endpoint management and cover all types of devices and users.

What do you like best about the product?
From the perspective of an end-user, the backups are almost invisible. I do not feel the impact and benefit from the data protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Druva inSync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to perform the restore myself rather than require intervention from a backup software administrator or Help Desk agent.

Awesome Tool that take a snapshot daily per your own preference. Backup in the palm of your hands!!

Druva insync is awesome as it takes a snapshot daily. this is more that a backup. very easy to configure and to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using this tool and so far I dont have anything I can think off to dislike this tool.

we have realized that Druva made it easier to back up info for our organization.

Rien du tout. C'est génial. Cela a pris un peu de temps pour apprendre tous les tenants et aboutissants du système.

Avoir l'assurance que vous avez une sauvegarde cloud de votre serveur.
