No Tape Backup option present, if tape backup solution is being provided this will also work as a air-gap backup solution to anyone looking for local copy without internet

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is cloud-based, easy to use, and you can set it and forget it while monitoring the emails on the backup status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about the product at this time. It is a great production and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Druva can protect your workloads where ever they are located. Having a full overview and management from a single dashboard is so essential for full visibility of data, location, and protection. The solution is easy to deploy and manage and can flex as the business moves data around.
What do you dislike about the product?
While very functional, the 365 self-service portal for the end users could be made to look more like the main admin console. The central admin console has the best UX in this market and is easy to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Businesses are generally using multiple solutions for the different locations of data. Druva changes this and brings it all into a single package. Most companies are on a cloud journey and having the ability to backup data from an on-premise DC without hardware is becoming a big requirement as IT Managers no longer wish to buy and support hardware

Druva data resiliency cloud is a breeze to use, it is simple and intuitive to administer and we've encountered no problems at all in using the product. Also, onboarding was very simple too

at this moment, we haven't found any downsides to the product

we are heavy office365 users and had no back up at all, so Druva Data Resiliency Cloud not only covered off a big risk for us, but also compliance requirements.

Ability to have an all in one solution to cover backup needs for all my software / hardware

Sometimes a little difficult to navigate the interface

Druva is benefiting us because it offers comprehensive data protection, cost optimization, cloud native integration, data governance and compliance and scalability and automation. Overall Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solves critical problems related to our data protection.
Druva inSync is good but can be better
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is complete data backup solution for our organization. it's feature of moving files to quarentine is good. We can setup multiple backup profiles with different backup configuration which is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The files that can be archived or quarentined has a size limit. The inconsistency of archived files is a drawback. Druva support could have been better. Druva can add more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva helps our organization in backing up all the files from the users laptop. There is no fear of losing the data in case of a dead laptop. Also, it is easy to restore data back to laptop from Cloud.
