End Point Backup - a Strong Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The intelligence of the backup client software that, when required, restores the latest files first so people can start working without delay and does background restore without impacting the user. Second, the throttling facility for bandwidth and processing power is handy.
When we replace the endpoint system for users, the turn-around time has come down from, possibly, two days to a few hours now.
The console is user-friendly, and admin functions such as putting a user on legal hold, etc., are just a few clicks away and simple.
Backups are encrypted, and admins cannot "steal" the data without the data owner's knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?
Clear visibility of the total data held by any user; there are numbers available on the console, but that is not always right and takes a lot of time if one has to resort to legal-hold restore for any forensic purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Except for issues in estimating a user data volume, there are no other problems; and this is critical only when one resorts to downloading data from legal hold for forensic reasons.
The turnaround time for users when systems are replaced has been drastically reduced. The number of versions kept is configurable and provides relief for those worried about malware attacks.

Great nearly seamless solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva runs so quietly in the background half our users don't even know they are being backed up regularly until we heroically return their lost files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Druva reporting is good but could differentiate issues better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our last solution took way too much time to restore and was finicky about how it backed things up. Druva has been as close to set up and forget as possible
Solid Company; Solid Software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Great support. Little to no issues with the software since installation. Whenever there was an issue, support was very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Druva InSync. We as a company are very satisfied with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exectutive Laptops with sensitive data are backed up easily and are easy to wipe if lost. When rolling out new laptops to users during the pandemic, InSYnc was very valuable. We were able to ship the laptop to a users home and then do a restore of data via the cloud. It was very easy and made the support technicians job so easy
Peace of Mind

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Druva InSync product. It was easy to set up, and the Druva team was there for support if there were any issues. The backups work great, and you can set it and forget it. It will send alerts for all the statuses is you like. The cloud interface was tons of helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found dislikes. Before I can think of anything, they keep improving the product or the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I am solving with this product Is that I have a reliable off-site backup that isn't going anywhere, and it is secure.

Implementation in big and multi-branch organizations is complicated. Druva does not provide support for implemenatation.

Druva Back up is working
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Druva is able to run the backup in the background. You can pick and choose what you want to back up pretty simply.

I don't know that I have any dislikes that I have come across yet. I'm hoping there won't be anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is helping to ensure our data that we may have lost in the past is now being backed up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it does what we need it to do at this time.
Simple interface with un-complicated backup ability!
What do you like best about the product?
We are a very small subset of features in Druva; my primary usage is the backing up of our 365 environment (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
Backing up and reporting of said backups is super easy, and the dashboard is simple and quick to identify data being backed up and any issues with errors or missing backups.
While I have not had to restore any items in a real world example, I did try some practice restores and dumps and was very easy to complete. Actually using the interface is really easy (Perhaps you may notice how much I commend on the ease of use with this product, after testing 4 different products, Druva was by far the simplest to understand. No overly complicated jargon to decypher, not elaborate menu stucture to navigate, etc.) and I was able to recover both files and emails.
Druva is capable of backing up much more than what we are currently utilizing it for, both on-prem as well as cloud offerings, and while I cannot comment on that, backing up 365 and Azure is quick and simple!

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me was configuring the software. Using it was relatively simple, but it would have been nice to have an engineer on the line walk me through. I did manage to figure it out on my own using various guides, whitepapers, and searches. But it did take a bit longer than I was expecting. I am sure with an engineer on the line, it would have been something that could have been done in 30 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
