Druva is a well-rounded cloud protection solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Druva the most is the comprehensive integration for all of our varied platforms and backups for active databases and hybrid solutions. Compared to other vendors this is a wholesome solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the other vendors it can be slightly pricier, but you get what you pay for and we're satisfied with the service ..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to spend a lot of time into managing all our different variety or IT landscape workloads. It works exceptionally well for Microsoft services like Exchange and Onedrive.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service, specifically is beyond my expectations. I enjoy my weekly meeups to discover where I might have gone wrong, and things have gone haywire. I know i have the support of Druva behind me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to drill down further in the endpoints. I have to manually search for files, and i would like more options to fine tune my results

Recently with economic changes It has made my work just a little different. I enjoy the fact that I can grow with my software that Is also growing and learning quicker than other companies
Druva is an excellent defense against Ransomware and Malware
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to manage and implement, the easiest backup solution compared to the other vendors we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto enrolling of Hyper VMs and Azure without needing to install a client would be a good feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing it is easy and setting up backup and retention policies is also pretty straight forward. The biggest selling point for us was the immutability of our backups.
Great Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
We subscribe to both InSync and Phoenix and both are easy to manage, easy to recover from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing other than a few other products offerings and they are coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ransomware protection was the primary reason for us obtaining the product.
Druva Data Resiliency - Set and Forget
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like about Druva is it just works. Configure the items to backup, set the schedule, and let it run. The process is transparent and does not impact the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with other vendors, it's a tiered solution. Other features are extra. I totally understand, some items are not needed for business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A user does not have to be connected to company. As long as it has an internet connection, the backup will proceed.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is dedicated to customer success! We needed to do a bulk deletion to clean up our Druva instance, but it was time prohibitive to do this user-by-user. Druva developed a script for us that resulted in a dramatic time savings!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced very few issues, but one inconvenience we noted is that its not possible to include an employee ID number with each user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Druva to back up all of our users' data from their workstations. This allows us to restore data in the event of a catastrophic loss or modification of a user's data.
Really great experience with the Druva Cloud!

The cloud platform is robust and extremely secure, the AWS backend makes it run smooth and without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a bare metal backup feature which is missing right now, also there's no option to backup on prem.

It's making my job much easier by securing our data and performing healthy backups, so we can really depend on Druva for any serious situation.
Super Product, easy setup, dependable
What do you like best about the product?
Low administrative overhead after setup. Silent configuration. Comprehensive backup system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time, or I haven't had reason for cause.

Immunicable backups, We need backups that cannot be changed after they're taken for Ransomware protection.

The Support and the implementation have been really smooth and easy.

The GUI takes some time initially, there's a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us not spend much time on on-premises and physical backups anymore, the cloud protection is easy on the mind as well.
Peace of mind data protection
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use deployment. Support is a quick turnaround and very knowledgable. They have a large product portfolio which can cover a variety of solutions for backup and replication.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this point. The product works as advertised and is straightforward to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote site backups of both physical and virtual servers. This replaces the need to use on-site appliances with cloud replication. All while being in control of your data in the cloud.
