Think Excel but wicked fast + dynamic + your hub for all data
What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic data. FAST. Connect to Snowflake/other data warehouse easily. Use fivetran/other ETL to sync from a variety of data sources.
Team is highly, highly engaged and ready to hop on a call and improve their product. Have had great experiences with two people, one of them twice. Documentation is very above average.
Somehow it's way more powerful than Excel and yet WAY more usable.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with any early and very aspirational product, there have been little bugs here and there, but they have actually been pretty few and when they exist they have been low implications. I really do stand with this company. They seem to have been making strong improvements with savvy roadmap as they go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data silos gone! the simple linking of a few data sources that wasn't possible before. Think as simple as your CRM data with your purchase data. We use both stripe and shopify so this has been great for us.
Quick access to data via an intuitive interface and useful dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create dashboards with specific filters to target data is nice. The dashboards refresh quickly and provide a great visual of the data that I want to see and/or report on.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is relatively intuitive, I would prefer to have more tips and guidance along the way. Access to help and support resources is easy, so this isn't much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma helps us access and view important data quickly and easily. It helps us identify changes in customer activity and monitor use via the provided metrics and graphs.

This solution has been implemented by many reputable businesses, which says a lot for it's reputation.
AN AMAZING TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
Reports are easy to use. If the data is available behind the scene, it is super easy and fast to update the information. The reports run fast and are providing our team with extremely valuable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there isn't anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to mine data much faster than was able to within our mainframe system.
Good as dashboard - not as interactive or visual
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for experiment reporting and monitoring fixed metrics (ones where definitions are clearly defined). Tabs make it easy to read through relevant information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as easy to manipulate the data without significant SQL knowledge. Edit access is limited. Hard to track SQL code behind the tables. With it could be more visual

Helping me monitor experiment metrics and relevant successful metrics more easily. Lets large group of people gain access to this knowledge. Allows me to see more information below should I choose to

Sigma allows users across our business to self-serve and unlock insights
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's impressive that Sigma has been developing its new Workbooks product, it's sometimes hard to keep up with all the new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to allow our internal departments to make data-driven decisions and provide insights to our customers. Sigma has allowed us to visualize data internally and externally in new and exciting ways.
I haven't done much with Sigma as of yet but see it being a useful tool.

I like how you can make edits to values real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can call out at this moment as something I dislike as I have not had much exposure as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using it for writeback functionality back to our Snowflake back-end.

Great Analytical Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard Capability, accessing data is easy because you do not need to write SQL, can pivot data into something easily digestible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be a more powerful tool, but is more rigid then using excel for presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to combine data systems for more unified reporting where we were once silo'd.
Easy to access data
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to build custom reporting and visualizations without writing queries. It empowers our teams to solve problems on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to speak of here, I would say the help content could be a bit easier to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to make quick decisions for customer outreach based on app usage, and we can see this using Sigma.
Great and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly you can make your tables and get data is what I like best. The way that you can manipulate data is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logo is the only thing I dislike about the product. Other than that, it works very well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting data from the same source for reporting. I can easily see the benefits from Sigma and the way it is helping our company get results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to look at all the features Sigma offers. The amount of filtering and data blending is amazing. Being able to connect to databases is very helpful!
Great way to share a report
What do you like best about the product?
It creates such an easy way to share reports and work with other teams over data reports and to create custom reports on the fly; other teams can easily visualize, modify and export those reports, which is a great help and save a lot of unnecessary report emails
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow at times, especially when refreshing big reports, but this issue is to be expected when dealing with large amounts of data, besides that there is not much to complain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing reports with other teams and building custom reports with other teams over a shared spaces, without the need to set up complex projects or send the information back and forth

Read the documentation and try to start creating small reports, once you have the hang of it go big
