Best Time Series Monitoring DB
What do you like best about the product?
I have Influxdb for quite a while, I particularly like the Monitoring feature that Influxdb offers along with other components like telegraph, Kapacitor and chronograph. I used to use grafana for visualisation of data

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes because it's very helpful for storing time-series data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the influx db with telegraf in my project. So telegraf sending data to the influx db for storing.
Benefits of influx db for me
Storing time-series data
Providing time-series data over an HTTPS API
Providing existing data sets in a very fast and efficient manner

Wonderful Embedded DB
What do you like best about the product?
I had used this as Timeseries Database with Node-Red and Grafana. I loved the way with which I was able to integrate and with such high performance. I was able to integrate all pieces within a day
What do you dislike about the product?
The Documentation and Community support, though it is good now, I had used it and stacked it in my IoT Analytical suite sometime back

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great Embedded Time series Database with ease of integration and performance
Take your time series app to production quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Most easy database for modeling your timeseries data and query is just a matter of few milliseconds, best for development of wed apps due to http based queries, not a good choice for big data but best for running data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Horizontal scaling is not open source. Should be made open source.
Should have a connector for spark/hadoop
