Saviynt as a savior for IGA
What do you like best about the product?
Saviynt is one of our supplier in the project. We use it as a IGA tool as it offers access allocation and deallocation for resources on a single platform. And the best things about it is AI driven analytics and its robust integration capabilities with various environments and application.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I didn't find any flaws in using Saviynt except for the qaulity issue in support from Saviynt's technical team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt is mainly known for its Identity , Governance and Administration for managing access to critical application. We use it for managing access for our internal team in to client environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features fail - for example, when a user changes roles within the organization, the entitlement changes. If the entitlement does not change, Saviynt removes the existing entitlement but does not re-issue the same, leaving the user without any entitlements. Also, the report and analytics section can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing identity in our vast IT and OT infrastructure.

Rich set of features to orchestrate security systems
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is buggy. Some flows work once and get broken without any change to the system. The support teams lack professionalism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting the employees request access to different systems, grant or revoke them across systems.
