Cutting-Edge AI Agent Keeps Us Ahead of Trends
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Agent keeps up with current trends, particularly in the areas of PAM and AI security. I appreciate how it addresses these important topics, reflecting the latest developments in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't noticed any issues, but I'll let you know if I come across any in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity management is an essential aspect of maintaining security and controlling access within any organization. It helps ensure that only authorized individuals can access sensitive information and resources, making it a crucial component of modern IT systems.

Good capabilities/features. Better vision/roadmap in using AI

Initially we had some roadblocks in on-boarding applications but those have been addressed.

Powerful IGA Tool with Room for UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Saviynt's receptiveness to feedback and continuous improvement. The campaign module is something I value most as I'm in an IGA focused role and it helps with the successful facilitation of access reviews across the Firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaign module’s UX is not user-friendly at all. It was not the easiest to set up, taking us multiple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt provides centralized management of access reviews and user provisioning.
Efficient Compliance with SAP Integration, Needs Faster Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like Saviynt's out-of-the-box integration with SAP. SAP has a difficult to manage security model which Saviynt handles, saving me a lot of time managing that access. Additionally, the initial setup of Saviynt was fairly easy for me when using the on-prem product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding applications takes a great deal of time and we've had issues getting Active Directory groups moved into Saviynt for entitlement management. There's been a long-standing bug which prevented improving AD groups. We believe it was resolved in Brisbane, but we're still working to roll it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt for provisioning, attestations, and approvals, ensuring compliance by removing manual steps. Its out-of-the-box integration with SAP handles the difficult security model, saving a lot of time in managing access.

Broadly Featured but Clunky UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like Saviynt for its broad features and its ability to solve multiple problems with a single product. It helps me with operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UX frustrating with countless useless mouse clicks. It feels like it's designed by engineers who have never been business users. The initial setup wasn’t easy.

I use Saviynt for operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management. It allows us to solve multiple needs with a single product.
Unified Cloud Platform for Seamless Identity and Security
What do you like best about the product?
This is a unified platform for IGA, PAM, and AAG, offering a cloud-native approach to identity and security. I find the workflows to be simple and straightforward compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for custom integrations is limited, especially when additional plugins are involved, as they tend to make things more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason for using Saviynt was to eliminate the need for spreadsheets in manual processes. By implementing Saviynt, we were able to greatly reduce manual work, enhance the overall user experience, and minimize errors.
Comprehensive Identity Management Solution with Seamless Onboarding/Offboarding
What do you like best about the product?
An All in One Identity and Access Management system that does Onboarding, Offboarding, Application Access, User Access Reviews, Privilege Access controls and management. Manages AD and EntraID groups very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would call Default Dashboards are not OOTB setup from the OOTB reports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All Identities will be managed and identifiable to single person. Know who, what, why, how and when on all account access points in our environment makes audit time much easier to show compliance.
Not enough hands on experience to offer real insights (sorry)

It has the potential to be quite powerful in maintaining a true RBAC ethos within a company's environment.

I am not across the product in any detail so cannot comment on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to automate the onboarding/offboarding of users and automate RBAC starting with the most used applications. Ideally we also want to use it for access reviews of SharePoint sites where we have sensitive data stored.

It is amaizing company with very good products

There may be limited customization options, and some features seem to be missing in specific areas such as Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Saviynt addresses challenging issues related to enterprise identity security, access management, and regulatory compliance.
