I like Saviynt's partnership with customers and the advancements they've made. The great community is also something I appreciate. These elements are crucial for staying secure and valuable to the business as identity and business needs evolve.

Sometimes we have niche needs but it can be hard to balance all customer needs vs our unique needs

Saviynt solves identity management in the workplace and helps with auditing requirements.

Saviynt team’s willingness to help us. Platform is cloud native. Innovation with AI agents for onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Saviynt's integration with AWS and the superb support from integrations. It makes the whole process of providing resources for application access much easier. The setup was easy too, and everything about Saviynt is working well for us.

I use Saviynt for managing user roles, and its integration with AWS provides superb support and application access, which is valuable to my team.
Effective Audit Management, But Help Desk Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Saviynt's functionality, especially how well the provisioning and deprovisioning parts work. They save a lot of audit issues and make the process smoother. My initial setup experience with Saviynt was great, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the help desk doesn't do a good job. Hiring more talented help desk people might be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt to solve all audit problems. Its provisioning and deprivation features work well, saving many audit issues.

Streamlined Identity Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of connecting applications and the connector library in Saviynt. The ADSI connector was particularly useful as it allowed us to migrate the AD account from one domain to another smoothly during a job promotion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ServiceNow integration with Saviynt connector for account and access requests is not easy to configure and utilize. The solution needs to be more flexible to get the adoption up and let users request and raise their requests. It was moderately complicated and expert services helped us with the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Saviynt for user identity management, simplifying onboarding and offloading accounts. The connector library and ease of application connections are great, like migrating AD accounts. However, the ServiceNow integration needs improvement for better flexibility and adoption.

The ability to create users, including external users, is a key advantage. What stands out most for me is how effectively it manages external users.

I like that Saviynt provides audit evidence and offers a paper trail for audit to follow for change verification.

I don't like the user interface. The initial setup was difficult, as migrations of such integral systems are never easy.
