Amazing, just amazing, it totally changed my worldview
What do you like best about the product?
It is an impressive tool to automate my processes and deliver them on an easy, streamlined way to the teams I create reports for
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I missed the lack of diffeent types of data sources. I use salesforce for some reports and connecting to the its API would be awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create automated reports for the commercial teams I work for, it allows me to store them online securely and update its soruces almost automatically
Has good stability, but the setup process needs improvement

The solution is very intuitive, easy to use and learn. Even a new user can quickly understand and implement it.

The solution's setup process could be easier.

The solution was stable during POC.

The solution's initial setup process was complex. We had to collaborate with its support team quite a few times while executing it. I rate the process a five out of ten.
What other advice do I have?
Collaborating with the solution's support team would simplify the setup process.

Being able to act as a backend is great!

other than that it's outside of the microsoft stack, not much else

Self serving report is the key

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like Sisense's ability to quickly and accurately analyze business data, its attractive interface design features, and the fact that it is constantly developing new ways to view information. In addition, the large selection of third-party modules available for creating custom report types and presentations for specific areas or industries within a company's ecosystem makes this an invaluable tool for any organization interested in improving its decision support capabilities through better insight into business performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity of installing Sisense. It requires numerous steps, each of which has its own unique challenges and requires extensive training to fully understand. In addition, it is not possible to organize fields in a hierarchy as they are simply listed alphabetically with no way to categorize them based on similarities or other factors. This limits the user experience when working within the dashboards and analysis capabilities offered by Sisense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense solves the problem of manually compiling large amounts of data from multiple sources into a single Excel spreadsheet. Using Sisense, I can quickly and easily gain actionable insights by analyzing far more information in far less time than before.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and widgets are easy to create and use. They also look great and our clients like them. Overall, the product is flexible and it's capable of meeting most of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some weird limitations to the product. For example, you cannot do left joins on your data -- only inner joins. You also cannot take the MIN or MAX of a date field. There is a bizarre workaround instead where you convert the date to a double in the data source, take the MAX, then convert it back to a date using JavaScript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has multiple products. Sisense is used to bring in data from these different products and link it together.
Some of our products have in-house reporting that is quite old. We are implementing these old reports in Sisense. Sisense provides us flexibility in that it is easy to add and remove a field from a report (something that couldn't be done before). Sisense allows users to modify reports and answer the specific questions they have about the data. The reports also look great.

Good product but below average user experience for admins.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration with other products and the functionality of the APIs. The user experience for creating widgets and dashboards is also really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality and user experience in the managing and administering isn't as good. There is also a lot of customization that can be done, but there are some holes that can't be customized and make life a little harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us localize reporting from multiple systems into one location. It is also allowing us to generalize these reports for all of our clients.
Sisense has been an easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It is usually pretty straightforward to get data into a summarized and analytical state

I do wish the visuals were better at interacting with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an embedded tool, it integrates well with our SSO solution and allows the product team to focus on the core responsibility of the product. BI can focus on data visualization.
An intuitive BI tool which will delight most clients, with limitations for enterprise use.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest standout for Sisense is the ease of use for the product. During our evaluation process this stood out and made Sisense the front runner for our organization. Post implementation this continues to be a key factor for why clients are engaging with our advanced reporting solution, and it has served our sales team very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge we’ve experienced with Sisense are the feature gaps we’ve come across and the path to getting these gaps resolved. Specifically, some of the add-on products such as Report Manager don’t appear to be fully considered when new functionality is rolled out, and other addons such as Blox are only designed for a single tenant use case, limiting our ability to enable our clients to leverage these tools.
The other challenge I want to call out is with the support team, we often found that support tickets would get bounced back and forth multiple times before any meaningful action took place which brought us closer to resolution. This has improved with our acquisition of a Technical Account Manager, however this really should be a better experience at the baseline support level offered by Sisense.

Enabling our organization to re-sell Sisense as a white label advanced reporting solution for our Clients. This enables our sales team to have an intuitive and robust advanced reporting solution available as an augmentation to our built-in reporting offering

The modules and interface. It is really helpfull in making dashboards for everyday use.

It does not work on it self. 😁 It is perfectly fine.
