What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX is a cheap and flexible option for taking calls but also has its draw backs. It can be hard to use and inconvenient to upkeep

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can install the App to my laptop to monitor calls as they come in or make calls as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I have to open the App upon launch. Sometimes, I forget to do it straight away and I miss calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can call clients from my laptop that are located in both North & South America. Also, there is a voicemail feature that allows clients to leave messages if I am in a meeting or away from my desk.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is an excellent ChatBot service provider. We can easily integrate 3CX ChatBot into our website by copying a few lines of code from 3CX. It is fast and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no specific things to dislike, but three are WhatsApp integration creates issues sometimes. Else everything is perfect. Cost is bit high but it's justifying the needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 3CX on my website for Live Chat plugin integration. It is beneficial to support our customers in real time. 3CX provide two types of integration: the first is to integrate into our own server, and the second is the API provided by the 3CX server. 3CX is the best solution for Live Chat and Call support.

What do you like best about the product?
3cx is a very useful platform to use, and making cold calls through is way easier due to the very user friendly dashboard. Tracking of calls and also be performed with recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes crashes and is a bit buggy, but anyways they have good customer support who solves the issues soon, and they need to improve lightly on the signal lines

3cx is very useful for tracking calls and also be performed with recordings of each call we made for better user performance and its easy accessible through any electronic devices

What do you like best about the product?
it is flexible and has lots of features where we can easily get call recordings, voicemails, SMS. It functions in a more efficient manner.

customer support replies slow and has delay when we raise query

3CX allows us (teams) to rapidly share ideas and brainstorm.

Enhances unlimited creation of communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
To effectively enhance video conferencing, it requires to be integrated with external apps like Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Polling and live chats.

Document sharing in cloud.

Audio and video calls on-the-go over the internet.

Quick and Easy To Use Dialler

What do you like best about the product?
3CX integrates into other platforms brilliantly and allows me to connect quickly and dial out to my prospects with ease. I am also able to dial internally for quick conversations when I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have had so far with 3CX is that sometimes, the call data provided at the end of the day has been incorrect. This was quickly fixed after contacting the customer care team, which entertained this issue and sorted it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX allows me to dial all over the world quickly and efficiently. Having access to all of my colleagues in one easy-to-use contacts page enables me to seamlessly contact and message them as soon as I need to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can go online and see call history, customize the desktop phone, and control calls. We also have four different phone numbers to receive. We love that we can customize how many rings one of our lines gets on certain desktop phones before it rings on other phones. We have a weld shop down the road that shares with our main office. If that worker is out for lunch and the phone rings 20 times, it rings into the main office for a few rings so we can answer the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one aspect that I truly miss with our old phone system. When the phone rang, it would be recorded in the history of the phone. All phones in the office shared that history on the phone. That was nice because if I needed to call the boss but a phone call was just answered, I could check and see if it was the boss. If it was the boss, I would wait to call. 3CX only records the phone calls that the particular desktop phone answers (my phone lists all calls I have answered and made, but they are not listed on my coworker's phone history).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we don't have any problems that need to be solved. We have rarely had issues with the system. If we did have problems, their online website has very useful information to read.

Sometimes too much, stupid idiosyncrasies with phone setups (ring tones, wallpaper) etc

What do you like best about the product?
I can set up the 3CX app on my smartphone and use it if I am away from my desk phone. I like the digital receptionist feature and ring groups, I can even set up holiday greetings on the console management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Windows desktop app is always disconnecting or failing to register, I am not sure if it is a setting or something wrong with the configuration since I tried to re-provision it. Also with 3CX and Microsoft TEAMS integration, I feel there could be some improvement with availability statuses, sometimes it still hangs on DND even if you are long done with the meeting. This feature is great to avoid receiving calls on 3CX while you are on MS Teams meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to communicate with the 3CX telephone system and instant messaging.
