What do you like best about the product?
I changed app interface and now its looks even better, search function improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be a great improvement to show country flags as emojis when dialing numbers from that country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having worked with various calling software over the years, I find that 3CX excels in solving integration issues due to its user-friendly integration process. Unlike other programs where I've encountered difficulties in retaining call recordings, I've been using 3CX for over a year without experiencing such problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see when an agent is on the line so I dont bother or waste anyones time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think the systems works well!

Easy to Use Calling Software
What do you like best about the product?
We get all the data from the screen like who is available to pick calls. Also we can use intercom, transfer calls and use video calls

The mobile app provided does the job but there is a lot of room for improvement in the app UI

We are a software product company and our team needs to be on call for sales, support and operations functions. 3cx is a simple to use software through which we can keep track of call records. We can also answer the calls via app .

3CX is very helpful to call people on your phone laptop or computer.

3CX is not helpful when it does not call people properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless connectivity. Transferring calls between agents and monitoring is relatively easy. Barge in access, overseeing and monitoring access is available for real time. The android version of the software makes life easy as you can take client calls anytime, even when you are away from desk
What do you dislike about the product?
Fetching call recordings is a tiresome task for self review as access is provided to the peron overseeing the team with login access, thus making self scrutiny a long process. The IVR that redirects calls often stalls during inbound calls before asking where or whom to redirect

Taking inbound calls. Redirecting inbound calls to different departments by the caller without extra involvement by any department, live monitoring of calls for quality reasons

Easy to use and connections are faster and we can record all calls

Effortless, Reliable and an Excellent choice for Communication
What do you like best about the product?
When I started working in my current company, I was introduced to 3CX. I must say that this software is user-friendly and as someone who has very little knowledge when it comes to technology, 3CX is easy to navigate. I am aware that there were other options to communicate using this software, however, I've only used voice call since we are actually using other software to communicate via video and chat. I've only been using this software for less than a year and I can say that it was a hassle-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about 3CX is that I cannot find the recording I made. There were calls that I was able to record but it was a huge dilemma when it comes to looking for those recordings. It's been months since the last time I attempted to record a call, and up until now, I haven't found those calls yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting numerous Cities, wons and townships in the USA to request for a permit and inspection schedule. 3CX has helped a lot when it comes to communication with inspectors and clerks.
3CX is the best VOIP, Chat and Video call software
What do you like best about the product?
3CX is an excellent service to integrate live Chat, Video Calls, WhatsApp and VOIP services to the websites. It provides plugins and SDKs to integrate these services into our Website. We can use 3CX from 3cx.com or host it on our server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about 3CX. 3CX is the best service in the market. They have a bit higher pricing and limited community support. Else everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 3CX to integrate into my websites and give support through it. I use a LiveChat plug-in from 3CX so my website visitors can contact us directly through live chat. I can reply directly to them from the 3CX. It is straightforward to integrate into any website; copy a few lines of HTML and Javascript code with the correct credentials, and it will work.
Easy to use and great functionalities.
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use, easy to transfer phone calls to other people as well. The chat tab is also great for quick conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we might lose connection, but it usually is fixed fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made it easy for us to contact customers and the opposite too. Also, we can call other employees or use the chat tab to talk to them and get quick answers.
Effortless Communication Management
What do you like best about the product?
In my new company, I started using 3CX Phone System as a communication tool, and I have to say, it's an excellent choice. The software is incredibly user-friendly, and even those with no technical knowledge can easily navigate its features. The system offers a variety of communication options, such as voice, video, and chat. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with other communication platforms like Pipedrive which is our primary CRM for customer communication. Another feature that stands out to me is the ability to customize call routing. This level of flexibility and control makes the 3CX Phone System ideal for businesses with complex communication needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the system's security. With the recent virus scare and the growing need for secure communication, it would be better if more security measures were in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use of 3CX is in customer service to communicate with our customers via phone calls. The tool is seamlessly integrated with our Pipedrive system, which allows us to easily track tickets from one tool and automatically create tickets for missed conversations. In addition, we are also utilizing 3CX as an internal communication tool for team members who are located across the globe. This has helped us to collaborate and communicate effectively, regardless of our location or time zone.
