3cx is the most underrated VOIP platform out there.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a large, two-campus Residential Addiction Treatment center for Men and Women. We have used 3cx exclusively for 6 years now. We have been able to do so many amazing things with it.

Our entire phone system runs on 3cx
Our Intercom System Runs on 3cx
Our Payphones for our students runs on 3cx
The gate protecting our campus is controlled by 3cx

We have full control over rules, over our call routing and our IVR.

We recently switched to hosted 3cx in the cloud and all of the issues we had with hosting manually were completely solved by switching to the cloud. Our uptime has been 100% since moving to the cloud.

We love 3cx and hope to continue to be able to afford it moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us as a non-profit is the pricing. We would love for there to be more affordable pricing for non-profits but for a small business or enterprise deployment the price is very manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3cx keeps us connected with the clients we serve and with our other campus. We use it exclusively for our communication needs across both our campuses.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is very easy to use and manage even for someone without a VOIP/phone system background.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real complaints, as long as you use the recommended hardware and Sip trunks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a phone system that seamlessly enables remote and in office work and 3CX does that. Handsets, mobile app, and desktop clients can all be used.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX stands out for its intuitive design and comprehensive feature set. The web client and mobile apps are incredibly user-friendly, empowering our clients to stay connected seamlessly from anywhere. Features like the visual call flow designer and straightforward user management make both initial setup and ongoing administration remarkably simple for businesses of all sizes, leading to high client satisfaction and fewer support requests for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okay, in general terms, one area for improvement in 3CX, particularly relevant for resellers managing multiple clients or larger organizations, lies in enhancing the flexibility and granularity of the multi-tenant system. While it offers a solid foundation, further development could focus on providing more advanced customization options and resource management at the individual tenant level.

Specifically, a key area for improvement could be finding more streamlined solutions for scenarios where multiple departments or tenants within the same physical location need to utilize the same SIP trunk or VoIP provider using the same public IP address. Current configurations for such scenarios can sometimes be complex or require workarounds. Simplifying this would significantly benefit resellers managing diverse client needs and improve deployment efficiency in various network environments.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a calling software that helps to communicate with our customers. It's easy to use and best thing is that you can use it on web browser as well as on your smartphone at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when it has some connectivity issues and calls dropped too. Sometimes faced some problems while connecting with Bluetooth headphones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX helps as great tool for communication at a very reasonable price. Its very user friendly with alot of features. A great tool for a call center work setting.

What do you like best about the product?
-It is very user friendly and easy to use.
-The layout and functions of the soft phone is cormfortably laid out on the screen.
-Has reasonable price and also great for making international calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
-I had no issue with this software.It works perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-This tool allows me to take calls while i'm at home or out of the office,without giving out my personal number.
-The call recording is very useful;i had to listen to recordings multiple times from different scenarios and it has always come to handy.
-My voicemails come directly to my email address,because am able to check for new ones frequently throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple mobility. Take office calls on Deskphone, Mobile or Laptop
CRM Integration
Quick and easy to setup and configure.
Excellent Support
This is a tool I use every day and multiple times a day
Always coming out with new and powerful features
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when signal is bad, call quality is not always perfect.
Troubleshooting requires deep understanding of VoIP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff are not alwasy at their desk but now they are always able to answer their phone.
Don't spend large amounts of money on Mobile airtime as staff can use their landline on their mobile phone

What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to make,receive and transfer calls using this tool.It supports wide ranges of software and hardware endpoints,allowing organisations to choose the devices and platforms that suits their needs.3CX allows quick changes in a fast-paced environment with critical situations.I like the efficiency of this software and highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at all.Its the perfect tool for all communication requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With 3cx i can make both external and internal calls using a VOIP or headphones attached on my PC.From its management dashboards,i can create the internal numbers and be able to send welcome mails to make installation for clients easier.The program is automatically launched during Windows startup and stays minimized in the task bar.The options of having call recording and being able to go back for quality control or customer issues is worthy having this system.It makes everything simple and effective as it allows me to be able to make changes to call forwarding or be able to block off holidays instead having to call any change in.

3CX is a feature rich, reliable, mature and cost effective communication platform. It is designed to help businesses enhance customer experience, optimize teamwork and productivity and save money.

Nothing much to dislike. We are very satisfied with the product. Perhaps 3CX could do a bit better job with communicating updates and changes in advance to partners and customers.
