An easy way to discover scrapping bots entering to your site

What do you like best about the product?
It lists all the bots scrapping your web, legal and bad bots, and offer you two alternatives to reject bad bots: captchas or false data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works integrated to your code and your site has to load first, affecting your traffic tolerance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoid competitors' scrappers and to know how many bots we are receiving.

The support is amazing. They work with us to tailor the solution to our needs.

A bit more data and control on the dashboards would be nice to have.

Publishing a lot of data online helps us generate organic leads without worrying about losing our competitive advantage

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how well ShieldSquare was in understanding our problems and had software built that could handle our needs. Their product and support teams made it a point to thoroughly understand our challenges. The bot prevention solution was then fine-tuned to detect bots, and take appropriate actions against them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. They are doing an amazing job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are one of the largest web sites on the internet for tracking down hard to find and out-of-print vinyl records, LPs and CDs. We have registered sellers all around the world who can post their items on the MusicStack website. A prospective customer can search the items by artist, title, country, price, format, seller ratings, etc., and make the purchase. Users have the flexibility to search the comprehensive database without logging in. Bot activity on our website was ruining our analytics and did not help us get useful metrics. This was a major problem until we implemented ShieldSquare.

ShieldSquare gave us comprehensive insights on the types of bot traffic coming to our website. Also, since ShieldSquare understood our challenges and business requirements, they fine tuned the solution so that only genuine users can visit our website

On top of the product working exactly as advertised, the ease of implementation, responsive customer service and 14 day trial is what won me over as compared to the competition.
