It is the perfect fit for our small team new to GRC.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Apptega is its ease of use and affordability, making it the perfect GRC solution for our small team. The dedicated onboarding team has been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process, especially as newcomers to GRC.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our first year with Apptega, we encountered some bugs and noticed it lacked a few frameworks we needed. However, the platform has improved significantly, and we're now very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apptega helped us move away from managing risks on spreadsheets and streamlined our reporting process. It allows us to create detailed reports for our team and senior leadership, providing a clear view of our current security posture. This has been crucial in justifying the need for additional security measures.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the application, very intuitive. The feature set captures such a broad range of requirements and the people supporting it are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't disklike anything. If Ihad to pick one out, there could be more international Standards as it's predominantly US focussed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing the compliance journey in to one place. Navigating the ever-changing landscapes of compliance with the ability to cross-walk those frameworks.

Simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Apptega is very simple to use. When I've run into a problem I was able to reach out and receive support in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I update a control set I have to manually update each slider on each subcontrol and wait while the system saves meaning a task that should take a few seconds takes me several minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apptega is helping me track all the CMMC controls and allowing me to upload support documents for each subcontrol.
Great tool we use to help with all the everchanging HIPAA compliances!
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use. We now feel safe and secure when worrying about HIPAA regulations and compliances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the cost but again we understand all it has to offer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us manage HIPAA. That is the a #1 reason we use Apptega. We are now looking deeper into the IT Risk Management side.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assess a client's compliance with many different frameworks along with the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The % meters are confusing to clients and not consistent from the different views. Clients do not know what the calculations mean or how it is dereived.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the tool to drive compliance to a specific compliance framework (CMMC or FedRamp) allowing them to sell in those markets

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer success team always helps us achieve our regulatory compliance requirements. Since their customer success team consists of specialists and experts in various regulatory compliance fields, whenever we need any help in identifying gaps, they are there to help us which is great. The tool has features which are mostly useful to our requirements. However, the help from their customer success team is always commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is very slow in resolving issues. Feature requests are never delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to hire compliance specialists or an expert to achieve our compliance requirement. Apptega's customer success team always guides us to achieve our compliance goals.
A great compliance tool
What do you like best about the product?
All the latest regulatory compliance cotent with easy to use UI. Since the platform is hosted in cloud, daily usage from anywhere in the world is easy. Jira integration helps us track compliance related task. The latest AWS integration helps us identify the gaps in our cloud configuration and helps us achieve compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
New feature requests takes too long to deliver and no proper ETA when we will get it. Support is really slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using multiple excel sheets in the past now Apptega is my go to platform for all my policies, procedures and compliance related documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use UI, latest out of the box compliance content, onboarding time and the cloud based solution with plenty of options to integrate with AWS, Jira, Asana etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
New feature requests used to take longer tie to deliver which I believe the new leadership team will address as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us send out vendor risk assessments in bulk and it is easy to track. They are frequently updating the frameworks as and when they get released so it helps us work towards achieving them faster. We can run assessments to understand our maturity level and convert that into a compliance program and work on gaps. The audit manager module help us work on multliple audits sending requests to our various departments.
The one stop solution for all your compliance needs
What do you like best about the product?
Apptega has plenty of out of the box regulatory compliance content for NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS. We can do assessments to identify where we stand and also identify the gaps we need to meet to achieve a specific regulatory compliance. It is easy to use and not very complex which is the upside of Apptega. We are up and running on the day one in terms of implementation so great tool. It is one of our day to day use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to mention at this point. It looks like a new team took over this organization and improving the tools to satisfy all our needs and going in the right direction interms of product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get rid of spreadsheets as the platform is the one stop solution for every compliance need. Upload all compliance related documents, evidences etc to the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to put all your compliance info into one platform to organize, assign tasks and progress in optimizing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really, if I had to say one thing, they removed a column out of the CMMC Level 2 POAM report that was vital to provide to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it so I don't have to track items in spreadsheets and Word documents. I can see history of what I've done easily and quickly.
