Cloud management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Something interesting we have with Primsa is that it provides us with complete visibility of cloud services, allowing us to know about resource usage and analyzing risks and threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its implementation may be complex if there is no experience in SaaS services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primas allows you to perform constant evaluations according to safety regulations and standards, which will enable you to strengthen and reduce the risks of experiencing an incident.

I had a great experience, the platform is easy to use and really flexible.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Prisma Cloud is its ease of use and implementation. The platform provides real-time visibility across cloud environments, containers, and Kubernetes, making it simple to detect vulnerabilities. The number of features it offers, like compliance monitoring and threat protection, is impressive, and the ease of integration with other tools makes it a great fit for many organizations. The frequency of use is also high because of its continuous monitoring capabilities, which ensure security at all times. Additionally, customer support is responsive, which adds a lot of value when you need assistance quickly."
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would mention is that, while Prisma Cloud offers a wide range of features, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users. The learning curve, particularly with integrating all its tools and features, might take some time. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, frequent use can sometimes reveal the need for further customization to fit specific needs, which may require more effort in terms of setup and implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Cloud solves a lot of problems I would face in cloud environments. It gives me clear, real-time visibility into the infrastructure, containers, and Kubernetes, making it easy to spot security issues or misconfigurations. It also makes staying compliant with regulations like GDPR and PCI-DSS a lot easier. This gives me peace of mind, knowing that my environment is secure and compliant. And the best part is that it integrates well with other tools, which makes everything smoother and saves a lot of time.
The experience is good but we need more features to secure our environment in cloud

We can use easily from anywhere no need physical appliances

Sometime we need to explain to internal security team that is safe to use, there is no better documentation

What do you like best about the product?
It's advance feature rich UI and abilities. Able to track connections via multiple means.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag and loading times and the amount of times the service goes down. I want the speed to improve significantly. Downtime seriously demeans progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to block and allow enterprise users permissions to access stuff have safety rules for new domains saying a minimum of 14 days before it gets re crawled and other features.

What do you like best about the product?
ITS CSPM, CWPP, APP sec Module along with the Alerts and Compliance recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features which are not supported yet which delays the workflow but there team has generated RFE request which will release the new one later but that too doesnt have a time line as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping securing clusters along with nodes present in it.
Prisma Cloud also helps in CSPM module by generating different types of alerts in different types of policies such as network,Iam and config which basically compare from Best practices polices.
Prisma cloud has a fetaures of code to cloud that means an application from code level to deployement level it secures the appliaction at each stage.
Prisma Cloud also helps to check for Vulnerabilities AND COMPLIANCE ISSUES in Image and Host.
Prisma Cloud also has the capabilities to scan for the Iac template, Terraform Scripts.

One of the worst products I've ever used..... and that's putting it mildly.
What do you like best about the product?
I don't like anything about it. I do admire their sales team. How you can convince organizations to buy hot garbage at 3 star michelin restaurant prices is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have too large of a list but the ones that take the cake are:
-Huge number of false positives
-I spend more time figuring out false positives vs. fixing real issues
-The UI is just ugly to look at especially after the latest upgrade to the UI
-The reports are abysmal and not helpful for regulated spaces
-Alerts are difficult to configure and fine tune
-The limited support for GCP and other cloud environments re:rules/alerts
-Lack of comprehensive attacker or threat based models or views (other vendors excel)
-Support has got to be one of the worst in the industry
-Once you sign on the dotted line, you'll be forgotten until your renewal is up

It was supposed to help me solve CSPM and vulnerability management. I have to rely on other tools to actually do this for me today.
Good Product with Awesome CNAPP Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
1] Very Good Graphical User Interface and very easy interface which even dummies can easily use this product
2] It provides not only vulnerabilities and threat reports but also provide remediation instructions
3] THe most best thing about the Prisma Cloud is that Out organization has got the Partner Portal Access of Palo Alto named as "Palo Alto Beacon" where we can learn all the Product features about Prisma Cloud and also learn new cloud security concepts.

What do you dislike about the product?
1] Very costly.
2] Also the pricing model is very hard to understand for the presales consultant or even the Prisma cloud buyer.
3] User can easily use this product but when any issues come or any troubleshooting is required then We have faced a lot of problems. Their documentations in Palo Alto Beacon or in the internet is also very hard to understand.

Palo Alto Prisma Cloud has many Cloud Compliances such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, CIS benchmarks, etc for which we can attract a lot of customers of various fields.
Excellent platform for a single-pane view of your cloud deployments across CSPs!

The capability of Prisma Cloud to display the posture of cloud accounts across cloud platforms is a very useful thing for daily operations. It is easy to navigate.

The subscriptions/cloud accounts are not integrated automatically in rare occasions

Prisma cloud assists us to fix the possible misconfigurations reported across the cloud accounts which helps us prevent possible security threats.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, they don't have good support technical for standard customer, if you want good support you need to buy Premium support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solution management and architecture of this product and it is also not user-friendly

One issue to resolve they are taki almost 1 Month time but still you will not get any appropriate response
