Advanced controls . Config once and forget.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a product very easy to use, and with a vast range of advanced characteristics. It facilitates the detection and control of comms. Do you can save time, if you compare with other tools in the market. We take great advantages from IaC scanning, too, verifying our Terraform deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be cheaper, and there could be better learning materials, because due to the great number of features, the learning curve is something to be considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a single pane of security control. Terraform security validations. CSPM compliance. Accelerate our hunting process through Copilot features.

What do you like best about the product?
" really liked how Prisma Cloud showed us all our assets in one place and helped us find security issues quickly. The compliance checks were easy to use and made sure we followed industry rules. It also worked well with our software deployment tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
“The tool is powerful, but it took some time to learn how to use it properly. The cost can also be high for smaller teams, and the setup instructions could be more detailed.”

What do you like best about the product?
Prisma Cloud provides some good visibility and protection across various cloud environments. This helps in simplifying compliance management. Really liked the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It kind of is little expensive for small orgs and some workaround for advanced features can be great. There are sometimes delays as well which the team feels needs improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us its benefitting by addressing cloud security issues and for compliance.

What I like best about Prisma Cloud is its comprehensive coverage and ease of use. The platform's advanced compliance and runtime monitoring features ensure security without disrupting operations, making it both powerful and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Prisma Cloud is that its pricing can be on the higher side, especially for smaller organizations or teams with limited budgets. Additionally, while it offers a wide range of features, the initial setup and configuration can feel overwhelming for users new to cloud security platforms. Some features could benefit from more detailed documentation to streamline the onboarding process.

Prisma Cloud addresses cloud compliance challenges by providing continuous monitoring and enforcement of security policies across multi-cloud environments. It simplifies identifying and remediating compliance gaps, ensuring adherence to frameworks like PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA. This has significantly reduced manual efforts, improved audit readiness, and enhanced overall security posture, saving time and resources while ensuring we meet industry standards.

I like Ai-powered security most about prisma cloud. apart from this, it's eas of use and implementation is also great. I liked it
What do you dislike about the product?
i have had some unpleasent experience with support one time, may be because of work-load of the support staff, but other times it was good. oh and our management finds the product a bit too expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prisma cloud is solving the most important problem is compliance, which is extreamaly important to outr management. it is alot easier to make a compliance report and present to the management in meeting
Great functionality - Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
My experience after using Prisma Cloud (cloud managed) for 3-4 months is absolutely fantastic. If you have experience managin Palo Alto firewalls, this is just an extension of that. Users can connect seamlessly to on-prem datacenters in a secure way. Once deployed it's very easy to administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so friendly to deploy initally, easier if done with an authorized partner or Palo Alto directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows remote users to connect to on-premises resources in a secure and seamless way.
