Good cloud adaption
What do you like best about the product?
Well, it's a single platform for all instances like data pipeline, code pipeline and other scenarios.When using other cloud here are outside properties involved which is risky and tedious, so cortex is very good in this scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more advertising and within few years cortex must be equal to other cloud providers for this a strong aadvertisement, highlight benefitsts and use cases must be highlited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall fine more use cases and adaption to be followed this can be done by arranging hands ons sessions so more professionals have skills of cortex cloud.

I like the automation capability and the use of artificial intelligence applied to cloud security.
What do you dislike about the product?
It presents certain restrictions despite being versatile, among them, high cost and dependence on the Palo Alto environment, and the performance with tools from other manufacturers, despite its compatibility, is lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having very detailed monitoring, this could generate a high volume of alerts, including false positives, which is reduced by AI that provides an additional filter to these alerts.

I didn't realize the security aspects of this software. Quite impressed

The AI has me a little concerned. Computed learning mixed with security is a little unnerving

it has a steep learning curve and complex deployment, which can be challenging for IT teams without prior experience. Additionally, cost can be a concern for hospitals with tight budgets, and false positives in threat detection may require fine-tuning to avoid unnecessary alerts in a high-stakes environment.

As there is not really anything to dislike. I would say if the setup process time could be shortened but I guess it has to be that way so you can take full advantage of the platform

It is solving the issues that the ERT and ERM data and procedures face with having things in multiple locations all pulled into one central environment
