Powerhouse for cloud security with clean dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Though we had hybrid cloud with AWS and on-premise for production, I specifically used Cortex cloud for demo testing environment against few AWS native security tools as well as IAC terraform templates. Unlike other clouds, Cortex cloud simplifies solutions providing a single dashboard to monitor threats. Also, no juggling between consoles and writing custom scripts. Absolutely loved it as its easy to learn and understand. Time saving with post deployment fixes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some DevOps automation tasks need workaround like custom scripts for niche use cases. Felt like some features like cortex XDR need some tuning to understand. All good, other than that. Loved it.

Reliable, Scalable, and Intuitive Cloud Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Cortex Cloud stands out for its intuitive user interface, seamless integrations, and powerful automation capabilities. The dashboard is clean, informative, and customizable, making monitoring and managing complex workflows easy. One of the best features is how effortlessly it integrates with other cloud tools and platforms, making the transition smooth and almost effortless. The system is also highly scalable, which has been crucial for our organisation as we’ve grown. Real-time insights and monitoring help us stay proactive rather than reactive. The support team is also knowledgeable and quick to respond, which has made a significant difference in adoption and implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Cortex Cloud offers a lot of robust features, the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users, especially those not familiar with cloud infrastructure. Some of the more advanced functionalities aren’t as well-documented as they could be, which may require reaching out to support more frequently in the early stages. Additionally, occasional performance lags can occur during peak usage times, though they’re not common. More in-platform tutorials or onboarding walkthroughs would be helpful, especially for first-time users trying to navigate its full capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cortex Cloud is solving several key challenges for our team, particularly around streamlining cloud infrastructure management and improving operational efficiency. Before Cortex Cloud, we faced issues with fragmented workflows, manual processes, and inconsistent system monitoring. By centralizing these functions, Cortex Cloud has allowed us to automate routine tasks, reduce downtime, and gain greater visibility into system performance. It has significantly cut down the time spent on troubleshooting and helped our teams focus more on strategic initiatives. The integration capabilities also make it easier to keep our cloud ecosystem cohesive and synchronized across departments.

Cortex Cloud tackles a few big headaches for us:
Stops security gaps in our cloud setup – Before, misconfigurations in AWS/Azure would slip through. Now it flags risks automatically, saving us from potential breaches.
Cuts through compliance chaos – Audits used to be a nightmare. Cortex’s pre-built checks (like CIS benchmarks) cut our prep time in half.

Cortex Cloud is the BEST..
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly the interface is. It makes navigating complex data much simpler, and the integration with our existing tools was surprisingly smooth, saving us a lot of setup time initially. It just feels intuitive to use day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform feels a little slow during peak usage times, which can be frustrating when you're on a tight deadline. I've also found that exporting very large datasets occasionally encounters errors or takes longer than expected, which can disrupt workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cortex Cloud helps us find security problems in our containers before they go live, like checking for known flaws. It also keeps an eye on them while they're running to stop hacks or suspicious activity automatically. This makes our apps safer overall and helps us meet security standards more easily.
Solid platform for managing infrastructure.
What do you like best about the product?

Some of the features feel a bit hidden or not fully documented, which made the initial learning curve slightly steeper than I expected. Also while the UI is generally clean, I wish there were more options to customize the dashboard to match my workflow better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest issues it’s helped with is centralizing service information and improving reliability. Instead of manually tracking services, dependencies, and incidents across different tools, Cortex Cloud gives me one place to monitor everything. It’s made it easier to catch problems early, automate some of the repetitive tasks, and keep our systems more stable overall. It’s definitely improved how quickly we respond to issues and how well we coordinate as a team.
Decent tool with potential, but needs some polish.
