Great experience with the product and tram
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is super helpful, quick to answer and help us improve our processes. Our customer success management team is always open to feature requests, even ones that are hard to achieve, new use cases to be added, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monitoring features are still not at the maturity level we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great solution for viewing logs and creating visualizations, in a way that's easy for both the technical and non-technical teams to use, so we can enable users.
The alerting features enable us to create both a day to day status on services, as well as deeper analysis of system performance over time.

What do you like best about the product?
- Simplicity - log ingestion is super simple and hassle-free
- Can setup powerful analysis using the most simple and user friendly queries.
- Dashboarding - it supports Kibana, Grafana, so it'll let you use the dashboard you usually love.
- Support: This is one of the best aspect, their support is top notch, super quick and super skilled. I have not seen any of my support request active for more than 15-20 mins, even in the odd hours.
- Can setup powerful analysis using the most simple and user friendly queries.
- Dashboarding - it supports Kibana, Grafana, so it'll let you use the dashboard you usually love.
- Support: This is one of the best aspect, their support is top notch, super quick and super skilled. I have not seen any of my support request active for more than 15-20 mins, even in the odd hours.

- Search speed could improve, some tweaks to the index & cluster settings should help.

- One stop solution to send all my logs.

High value product supported by a fantastic company
What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is a technically innovative solution that does exactly what you need and very little of what you don't. The solution handles log analysis and visualization, including smart alerting based on log activity outside of normal bands. It supports tons of ingestion, storage, and visualization solutions – allowing you to fit it into your current stack with minimal disruption. Coralogix only processes your logs without storing the data, which is important to our security and long-term retention objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we see very few downsides. Compared to Datadog log ingestion, Coralogix is a bit slower (50 ms, according to our most recent tests) but not in a way that impacts our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Log monitoring, metric visualization, and security log alerting. Coralogix replaced our home-rolled ELK stack and is the security, API, and application logging system of choice for all of our applications. The pace of innovation at Coralogix is blistering, and their care for us as a customer is as impressive as the quality of their work.

There are some limitations of Coralogix versus Elasticsearch that need to be considered before migrating

Managing Elasticsearch is very complex. Coralogx basically abstracts all of that for you

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is a lightweight and easy-to-use SIEM & log monitoring solution.
Their customer support is fast and professional.
It looks like the technical team invested in the onboarding phase to make it self-managed without needing costly vendor support and lengthy implementation.

Log collection, aggregation and storage
Coralogix has been a go-to SIEM solution for us.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use analytics tool, hardly any lags during log ingestion. Pre-defined security use-cases a major bonus. A very sound backend team and good customer service.

No specific issues whatsoever, the product and service are both good.

Easy to manage log analysis tool for multiple log sources. Over 500+ pre-defined security use-cases. Cloud Security Posture Management and overall a good Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

In this, we can easily monitor logs, and it is essential for a company also have Flexible and scalable deployment for any configuration.

This platform is provided to consolidate log data in s single platform and many other uses or services like security, complines, monitoring, alerting and etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of onboarding, implementation support and great support fro mthe team always. The team is always ready to discuss and come with a solution including the senior leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of the log analysis is based on volume of traffic uploaded which gets very high for chatty and noisy applications

Security incidents, Forensics, Application performance and behaviour
Coralogix is extremely robust platform to work with huge amounts of logs
