What do you like best about the product?
Using TZ370 since 2 years.
I really loved the product. It's featured full, light weighted, easy to Configure and use.
24x7 customer support and regular updates are available which are easy to install.

Only dislike is that these are such devices that require trained professionals to manage and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provide an additional line of defense against attacks reaching desktop computing systems.

What do you like best about the product?
When i connect using sonic wall my internet is secure and speed get increased.

Once internet fluctuate need to login again.

What do you like best about the product?
Sonicwall Firewall comes with reatively medium in cost it is userfriendly to configure. It provides best UTM security to the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When device connected to the Site to Site VPN device went in idle state muiltple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sonicwall Firewall can place in branch level to filter all the incoming and outgoing traffic wiht very midium cost.
Effective and unobtrusive cyber security
What do you like best about the product?
It always runs in the background. SonicWall makes me feel safer on both public and private WiFi platforms while handling sensitive HIPAA -protected information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit technical for inexperienced users. However, at our agency, the IT department manages this service for us. Our IT department has had no issues using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SonicWall protects our individual users' systems while handling sensitive, protected health information and keeping us HIPAA compliant.

Ability to block traffic by country and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional false positives. Would like to create custom reports.

Eash to block traffic from rogue states.
Solid FireWall, less than desirable price
What do you like best about the product?
Active threat detection. Excellent and easy to read logs. Solid emailed reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can become cost prohibitive to small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business is one that requires solid security in order to protect client data. Because of the threat management, we felt more secure than previously. Our staff was more productive as we have seen less virus activity and security threats coming through.
Good quality / price balance
What do you like best about the product?
Web UI is easy to understand. It has different modules to enhance security. Affordable price and great renewal discounts.

More IA features, learning resources could be better.

Sonicwall is a firewall provider who has built an entire ecosystem around security
What do you like best about the product?
Sonicwall's #1 strength is the interface. A tech can quickly accomplish what they need without running command lines and knowing another language. That being said, they focus on security just as much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been a fan of the GUI changes that have been pretty stark and consistent over the last few years. It does not seem that Sonicwall knows what i wants to stick with in terms of the presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sonicwall allows IT personnel to straddle that line between convenience and security. What takes me 5 minutes in a Sonicwall device has taken me 1-2 hours in a competitor firewall.

The Content Blocking Feature is so good I can block applications, websites, and proxies with few clicks. Setting up the firewall is also easy, and packet monitoring is also excellent. Site-to-site VPN Performance
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get confused when trying to open ports. Sonicwall only offers 2 VPN licenses for free if more than two users need to buy a license. License renewal cost is high
