Finding the needle in a haystack...

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull in all the logs and to look for issues, concerns, and common occurrences that can be flagged and actioned immediately. Also, to create automated reports of concerns for review. Customer support has always been quick, helpful and the team knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not easy to set-up the alerts/reports you need due to the complexity of the data and at times you need to dig into the data to figure out how to break it down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to be proactive when certain security chnages are made - to verify the changes are approved / needed / required.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the graphs and visualisations its hows on searching
Searchability is good
Clear and concise expandable logs
I use it infrequently compared to other tools, but is a smooth integration and onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Isn't as comprehensive as Datadog, for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helps us see a variety of different logging tools, and stay away from vendor lockin.

quota mechanism should be more refined, lack the ability to disable a certain logger/log message, charts creation could be made easier

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io combines the power of Elasticsearch and Kibana with integrated features for better observability. The platform is intuitive, and the visualizations in Kibana make it easier to identify issues and patterns quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep, especially with large amounts of data. Better pricing packages would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Logz.io for scalable log management and monitoring, which helps us streamline troubleshooting and improve system performance. The customer support team has also been a great resource when issues arise.

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io offers an easy-to-use interface and seamless integration with platforms like AWS and Kubernetes. The real-time monitoring and alerts help us quickly troubleshoot issues, and the use of open-source tools and integrations with various products is a big plus.

The pricing can be high as log volume grows.

Easy visualization, best customer support, awesome. ease integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
need some updates. alert setup feature please implement.

Monitor all logs like Apache, Mod Sec, and DRM. THen visualization dashboards are very good and user-friendly. easy to implement and understand. we track all customer logs every second. they are blocking unwanted IPs.

Easy to implement the logs from the server, UI is very cool and good to understand and this logs helps us to troubleshoot the issues
