Logz.io has a clear interface that makes it easy to navigate and consolidate logs from different environments.

Consolidating logs and infrastructure monitoring in one central platform.
Amazing product for service logs
What do you like best about the product?
It is an observability tool which provides security and is also open source. It has so many metrics and also AI/ML tools which help filter the logs and provides insights and exceptions as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logz.io has limited number of logs which can be processed in a day. To avoid we need to purchase a plan which is a bit costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logz.io is an observability tool which helps and monitoring and managing the cost as well. It instantly reports as soon as server errors are found. We can set metrics for reporting as well.

It is a very detailed, fine-grained tool, and invaluable tracking down issues in a quick manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function could be more intuitive, sometimes it takes a long time to find some simple things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring production deployment real-time. It is very useful quickly realizing and isolating incidents. It definitely enhanched the team's output.

Some logs do not show up correctly and have to refresh many times and still do not show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help is getting the logs as and when required but does not fetch all the logs sometimes.
Logz.io is great for finding any logs required!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of changing time frames and adding/subtracting things from searches, where all you have to do is click the little + or - next to a search result. Thats the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most on logzio is the limit of 1000 results in your search, and its rather difficult to be able to figure our commands/shortcuts you can enter into the search field to make your searches more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logz.io solves the need to filter through different text files or logs on servers to figure out where an issue lies, instead you can just enter the search you're looking for and it will scour through all of the logz that it can find.

An excellent tool for displaying, analyzing and managing alerts over logs.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use various meta-fields for filtering logs (e.g., the service printing the log, log level, time frame, context, etc.). In addition, a very useful feature is to define alerts with Slack integartion. For example, trigger an alert to a dedicated Slack channel in case a log message matching some pattern appears.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find working with regular expressions not clear. However, I might not be that familiar with the regex syntax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem they're trying to solve is to display, monitor and analyze system logs with a simple and efficient UI, including integration with other tools (e.g., Slack and tracing tools such as Jaeger). It is benefiting me because as a software developer, I need an automatic tool to alert me when error or warning logs appear so immediate action can take place. Other use cases are searching for logs when there is a need to investigate a bug.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes the task easier for us to track any issue/ check any information using logs in there. Moreover you could integrate it with most of the other tools you would be using for notification etc to make the task easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Eveything seems good to me. Nothing I think that I could add as a dislike for logz.io, though the suggestion would be to keep doing the good job you have been doing.

Integrating with other tools for notifications and monitoring is quite more straightforward with it.
Moreover, searching logs becomes very easy for us using logz.io, which otherwise is a hassle
