Incredibly useful for alerting and troubleshooting
What do you like best about the product?
Handy for tracking down issues, seeing trends, alerting when things don't go well. Use it every day.

Logz.io helped us to centralize all Cybersecurity monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to use the services of Kibana, Elastic SaaS at a great price.

Some Bugs on the platform, dashboards and process usability

We don't have to worry about the SIEM infrastructure

Mostly for debugging customer issues and finding the logs at the required time stamps etc.

Definitely should give it a try, it's very useful in handling logs from many related services.
Centralized logging and application analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io is more affordable, less work to maintain, and has more features. It was an easy choice. After my last team had to manage their own ELK stack, this was a no brainer. It helps us be focused on our core competencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exception message is big and may take up much space in the daily storage. So whenever this type of message has been raised (happens when the information being sent are not being properly stored or passed in the elastic search), I think it would be better to not store them as normal messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use logz.io for centralized logging from all production servers. We analyze the data collected by logz.io to fix problems proactively and troubleshoot real-time issues.
Great software! Easy to use! Powerfull when needed! Support staff are very helpfull!

It's provides you everything you need in a logging platform. It handles indexing very well and has powerful tools such as Alerts and Dashboards.
It's really nice to be able to define custom alerts based on log patterns.
You can also enjoy creating dashboards from the logs collected and then share them with external people using shared tokens.

What do you dislike about the product?
When using it in a big organization with multiple products and external teams it's not always the easiest to manage access. You can get away with it by having accounts to manage sub-accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Debugging the application and creating meaningful dashboards and alerts (monitoring) to help me sleep at night.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not worth managing your own ELK stack. Logz.io does it really well and is affordable.

This is a platform that provides you with intelligent machine data analysis combining the native simplicity and scalability of the cloud. We can perform operations in the cloud, supervision to obtain information and solve problems, provide security to ensure quality service to customers. we can obtain information and detect critical problems before they occur. Our work team obtains work fluency and time savings. It has an organized interface, you can navigate without problems.

Our experience has been good and we have obtained the results we expected, however at the beginning it was a bit confusing to know the usefulness of the tools and functions of this platform. If they improve this, they could guarantee a high performance of user functionality. our company use logoz.io to monitor the entire cloud and end-user application. It has been a great help in managing the log data both in the application and in the cloud. Our work team has found solutions that have been fully adapted to our needs, we also provide the security solution in our network section. The verification and problem solving is scalable and informs you on time, to guarantee the user an immediate response and improve their experience. One of the things to note is that it performs high speed monitoring automatically and requires no configuration, this is great. We are happy with the results/

It is suitable for companies that focus on developing applications. The tools and functions that provide great visibility are of great importance as they allow you to avoid problems that may affect the company through alerts. Your work team will obtain a work fluidity and significant time savings. all this will allow you to provide a guaranteed quality service to your customers, fully recommended.
Good replacement for home-grown logging systems
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a great solution for helping us monitor production issues and track events across our infrastructure. What I like best is the high degree of customization available, fast search speed, and not sure I've seen any downtime from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been difficult to share links across timezones with our distributed office. The search is a bit non-intuitive and I've had some trouble locating things in the past. No other dislikes! We've also had some good calls with their support team in the past trying to determine solutions to completely replace our homegrown systems with logz.io.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had issues using logz.io as a full replacement for logging due to the export functionality capping the number of records you can easily export. Also, the alert triggers haven't been quite customize-able in the past to support all of our logging needs for production monitoring.
Managed ELK stack
What do you like best about the product?
Log.io has all the cool features of ELK stack and then some and you don't need to worry about managing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kibana is not always most user-friendly.

Single place to store and analyze logs
Excelent utility. The best tool for checking the logs especially in online mode.

Filtering options. very easy to manage a big count of records. Especially date filters very useful.
You can easily switch between the dashboards and change the widgets

I think that UI can be more simplified. The first time it was hard to understand some of UI items

I suggest try to use this tool in daily work and you will see that it can be very helpful. I got an excellent experience of using it during different tests which I did.
Works great, but watch for overages.

Very easy to setup, and is fast. Configurable retention is easy to setup.

If you go over your quota, logs are lost.
