What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io is a great software with great efficiency, I like it because it is ideal to carry out the arduous task of keeping records of the applications of small, medium and large companies, since it provides the power to keep records without any limit, analyze , optimize and even increase the accessibility of them and all this adds great security which means that not anyone can enter this information to alter any configuration; if so, this tool will act immediately alerting us of any failure in the records to resolve as soon as possible the damage.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any fault yet, it has always worked for us without any problem, so Logz.io is a very powerful tool that is very complete and effective in all senses because even your support team is super attentive, that is, if there is any problem It will be solved immediately.

Powerful tool for monitoring, analyzing and registering our applications, unlike other tools Logz.io allows high scalability in the cloud, offers a very convenient interface for users and provides functions such as issuing alerts in the presence of any failure in said applications, carries out a control of the users that are part of them and can send records without any limit and all for a really low cost for everything it offers.

It works without any problem despite being housed in the cloud does not present any problem of slowness because we have a good internet.

Logz.io is an excellent software based on the cloud, provides great tools such as being able to monitor, analyze and keep a real time record of each business application so it is my great pleasure, especially because it is very simple to configure and same time very easy to use because it contains a very attractive interface for users which allows you to work very easily and comfortably and the best thing is that it provides high accessibility and is very safe.

Some personal configurations are limited for users so to put them into operation you should go to the support team, but however it is not any inconvenient that can not be resolved because they are extremely attentive.

I like Logz.io mainly because it is very easy to use, it has a very familiar interface so that our team can adapt immediately, it provides excellent tools for very fast searches, as well as the creation of alerts when a problem arises and the best thing is that It offers security and great accessibility for an extremely accessible price for everything it offers.

Being based on the cloud can be somewhat slow sometimes but only for a few seconds so I think it is something that can be missed because it does not pass in a common way.

The UX was a bit not clear to me at first. I got used to it, though...
Also, we've wanted to create an automatic daily report that groups the distinct errors that occurred every day and emails it - it wasn't supported in our version (I think it was possible for paid accounts but the price was too high for a small startup like ours...).

Can help with detect and analysis flow issues in production and pre-production environment. The flow data is made accessible, easy to understand the flow and solve raised issues easily.
The search is as easy as a google search to check issues with a specific flow in the code across multiple servers or as specific as a single class. And you can use the search filter to setup alerts to detect anomalies in production in realtime.

Sometimes search behavior is not what it expected. for example search for a string auto triggers a search before adding additional filters to capture the relevant data. Also would like exception stack trace to highlight the specific project code the locate it faster.
The service as pay per quote for logz, sometime the quote fills up and there is not indication other than lack of logz, a switch over choice in case of a quote fill would be great.

You should use it, it's a great took to use for pre production and production environments. This will quickly return the investment by reducing failure time, and catching bug before they rich production environment.

The Alerts feature is great and allows us to quickly act on any potential issues before they may become a bigger problem.
The search is pretty straightforward once you get use to the syntax.

Would be nice to have more pricing tiers, usually the difference between them is substantial.

Make use of their on-boarding call. We took a long time to use it and it is very useful. They will even help write log parsers for you! For free!
