One of the best AI tool to analyse all the activities on the cloud

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io is the best tool to monitor logs and to create a sustainable infrastructure on the cloud, we are using this technology to maintain our servers in well condition and to get the most out of it. As most of our servers are on Amazon AWS we are using the analysis solution of Logz.io to maintain an efficient server on the cloud. This platform is really a cool one to manage our infrastructure as it helps developers and Devops team to reduce their burden. The log analysis is also a great feature which helps the Devops team alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is with the pricing plan as it is very hard to buy all the products at the same time, please reduce the price so that every one can benefit. The log analysis some time hangs and consumes most of our memory so that we need to restart the server again. Please have a look on to it also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maintaining all our servers on the cloud and Logz.io helps us to make the most out of it. Also it helps us to manage the entire instances with much ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please make the dashboard update in real time and also make it more simple, so that the data can be easily visualized.

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io has a simple interface and powerful performance.
They bring top of the line AI and Monitoring capabilities to the logs pillar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their dashboard system is not as great as other products out there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and logs aggregation have become much easier. It allows us to work faster as it's simple enough for self serving to anyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's all the same Kibana, just that Logz.io do it better and more stable.

Game-changing Software Logging / Log Analytics Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io was the solution that enabled my very small software team to have a top-of-the-line software logging solution across multiple development areas including front end, back end, and other services, in one powerful yet easy to use platform. It has continued to surprise from day 1, enabling us to see and tie together logs from front ends to backends to allow faster iteration on issue resolution, to create powerful visualizations that give us at-a-glance operation of our platform, and to create a wide array of alerts that have simplified my life as the primary responder to my company's software operations.

Logz.io is built on the ELK stack, so there is lots of information about how to use the core logz.io functionality, but my team is too resource-constrained to deal with managing our own ELK stack. Setting up logz.io was very easy by comparison - essentially just install some daemons that forward logs from services to Logz.io. The fact that it's built on a standard stack is a huge plus for figuring out how to accomplish the more advanced tasks (e.g. advanced query syntax).

I also love live-tail to see real-time logs (especially when an issue is occurring - has been enlightening at times).

Support has been excellent in cases when issues have come up (rare) and helpful with our general questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about the company. Some of the syntax can be complex / definitely a learning process (though that's more of an ELK stack thing as not specifically logz.io), but is definitely worth taking the time to learn. If there was one thing I would pick on in the product is that you are limited in the # of records you can see from a given query, e.g. if you have a very generic query that returns lots of logs, you can't infinitely scroll those. But that's an easy problem to solve - you can make the query more focused (whether more focused to a particular facet of the query, or a time range over which the logs occurred, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we have solved with logz.io is easily tying together logs across our entire stack. This has given us visibility where we were all but blind before.

Second / almost tied to that has been creating powerful alerts based on certain logs which have bought us precious time when issues have risen in the platform. We have even created some pre-emptive logs that buy us ~2 hrs to resolve a particular issue that can arise in my company's platform. The phrase "logz.io saved the day" has been used more than once.

Finally, we have created powerful dashboards that give us at-a-glance status of the operation of our services / infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io is a very versatile and ideal software to carry out the monitoring, surveillance of applications, analysis of records and more is why it is indispensable for all types of companies and those are the reasons why it is to my liking as well also the fact that it is a very easy to use software, allows a high visibility on how each application operates and in case of a problem it immediately emits alerts with details about the error or failure found and the best thing is that it provides tools with which You can reduce the monitoring expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface, although it is very easy to manage, is not designed to carry with large amounts of alerts since when this happens it tends to slow down which is somewhat tedious especially if you are in an emergency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a software of great utility since it allows us to confront in a much quicker way the problems persived by the same in order to avoid inconveniences to our clients, besides thanks to the constant monitoring and analysis of each application the development team of software or applications can concentrate on improving them but not in paying attention to the safety of these.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monitor and increase the records as well as analyze the applications is much faster with this software, besides that its costs are very fair since Logz.io acts very efficiently including its support team that is always available to solve any doubt or problem.

What do you like best about the product?
An ELK platform which helps developers and support teams identify critical issues before they occur and empower them to monitor enterprise Applications and ability to troubleshoot .

Best logging and production monitoring tool I had ever used .Can help detect and solve production issues
Shortening root cause analysis of our own issues to the bare minimum.

Using it several times a day, quite satisfied.Excellent experience for log management and monitoring .

What do you like best about the product?
Logz is a simple to use, easy to integrate logging solution for great ROI in a short period of time. We are very happy with Logz as a logging aggregator provider.

Getting started initially takes a little bit of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io is a software with a high potential to carry out a number of records that has no limits, allows them to be backed up by backups generated in AWS S3, as well as carries out large analyzes to these to avoid errors in its interface and the best thing is that all this is done automatically so it can not be simpler that is why this software is ideal to make both the records grow as well as business levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your plans can be somewhat expensive but I am sure that it is worth making an investment in this software because it is highly efficient.

Logz.io has allowed us to have a high scalability in our company DataStax, as well as carry out thousands of records in a secure way for both our company and our customers because it gives us the ability to generate responses to our customers faster than expected and be able to resolve immediately any inconvenient in our records and the best thing is that we can focus on growing our business, since we do not have to take care of this tedious task manually.

Logz.io recommend it because it is a software with a high efficiency to make your records are protected, grow and can solve any problem that involves them because it is always performing automatic analysis on these and in case of any anomaly we will indicate them to solve as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io I like it because it is a software with a user friendly interface, is responsible for carrying out an analysis or monitoring of our applications in a very short time, provides the ability to make records without any limit, we can also Easily configure alerts for each client so that in this way we are told when there has been any failure or inconvenience in them, and the best thing is that it is not necessary as developers or programmers have to configure the infrastructure as it is responsible for of it and if you have any doubt we should only go to your support team that is really very efficient always respond in the most appropriate time possible to solve any doubt.

I like everything from Logz.io is really a very complete software, its interface is very comfortable, its support staff is really very attentive.

With this software we save a lot of time because it is really very flexible and intuitive, so configuring it is very simple, it also allows us to record our applications in a really short time and in a very simple way both for our customers and for we and thanks to their alerts we can maintain our applications with the best possible performance because we are always aware of any problem to solve it as soon as possible because that depends on a good application.

Fast and professional service

What do you like best about the product?
Logz.io helped us with gathering out logs in one place with a sense of professionalism and the same time being able to respond fast to our challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Tail" feature was quite promising but unusable in the begging. Based on our feedback and other customers, I see that there is a great improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering feedback from our containerized application in a timely manner to analyze and define possible improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool gives the ability to look at customer's health in high-level. overall very useful tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is sometimes intuitive. focusing on single customer, filtering and trying to slice and dice is sometimes puzzling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We analyzing customer's servers' health. Using it in order to analyze or predict any issues with customer's configuration
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to make the interface a little bit more intuitive. I cannot recall currently the exact issues but I worked with the tool at a specific period intensively and had several scenarios where is certain flows didnt make sense.
