What do you like best about the product?
It provides you your schedule so that you are able to plan your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike it is simply the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits with arranging my schedule and work flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it gives us freedom to move throughout the day with no worries and we get to do everything at the right time and works very well with Taldesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing that I dislisk on Calabrio because it is very informative about everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definetly improves agent adherence and even sends us notification to change aux status.

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio app helps me follow my schedule as it notifies me of the next activity that is about to follow. Whenever I request for my schedule to be updated it gets updated immediately
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Calabrio ONE, ever since it was introduced at my workplace everything has become much more easier and simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio has solved a massive problem that we were facing on a daily basis, Before we used to be sent our break/lunch times on a spreadsheet whereas now we just need to open our Calabrio ONE app and it notifies us of our next activity. It also helps us follow the correct schedule as it also shows pop ups as soon as the next activity follows.

Il n'y a rien que je n'aime pas chez Clabrio one car il a rendu le travail beaucoup plus facile.

On est notifié par Calabrio lorsque la prochaine activité est sur le point de commencer et de se terminer, et cela aide à respecter les horaires d'activité prévus.

sometimes there are glitches in the system and I have to re-login.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to be able to see shifts for the week vs monthly. The different colours for different tasks is very helpful as you're able to see what you need to work at a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to change a shift time/tasks, the system logs out quite a lot after I try and confirm the change. Possibly due to inactivity. Wish it would log out first before i have tried to action any changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to rearrange shifts when swaps have been requested by colleagues. Benefits are that it is quick and easy to use, so changes can me made quickly and give us time back for other work.

J'aime que nous puissions maintenant voir et avoir plus d'options disponibles. VTO par exemple, vous pouvez maintenant voir si c'est approuvé ou non lorsque vous postulez, c'est une excellente mise à jour.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
pas vraiment plus maintenant, depuis que la nouvelle mise à jour est bien meilleure
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
le problème de VTO étant en attente n'était pas amusant mais maintenant c'est bien, vous obtenez une réponse rapide et savez ce qui se passe, tout de suite.
