My experience using Calabrio
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive tool to use and has all the information in one place making the daily routine easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the settings the we have choose to show up changes to the default setting again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Calabrio helps me to control the adherence of callcenter agents and better plan their schedules changes and activities. This is very helpfull to improve the operation revenue and quality.

The accessibility and usefulness of the program, having all we need in the same place

Not having the adherence history in the schedules tab

Agent Schedules, Adherence checking, planning activities and schedules of agents using the in-app features with ease to use monitoring of the agents scheduling
Calabrio ONE
What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio ONE helps me go back and listen to a call if needed. That is very important when processing payroll. Majority of the time the client will call and blame the payroll specialist for the mistake when actuality it was the client giving the wrong hours. Most of all they grade my interaction with a client and it helps me evaluate my professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Calabrio ONE is the wait time when loading your interactions. It takes around 3 minutes to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio is solving error issues and guarenteeing our customers to receive a quailty interaction. It solves error issues by helping the payroll specialist go back and evaluate that interaction to see if it was a Paychex error or a client error. However, I wish the interactions were easier to find by the client ID#.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me updates on my call surveys, letting me know where Im at all times. It allows me to see what I need to work on to help me to better myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will not update on the surveys when I open it up.

Teleopti offers a wide range of options for ranking agents based on seniority, quality scores, and other factors.

Could benefit from additional features like waitlisting, time-off canceling, and offline management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio’s scheduling capabilities are top-notch. It allows managers to create optimized schedules, allocate shifts, and handle exceptions seamlessly.
Calabrio one is amazing in point of checking Schedule it is smarter way to find the schedules
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very useful in making the schedules and checking the adherance and we can pull the adherance reports and other reports which are accurate and the best part is we can get the extra hours reports in easy manner and the implementions is also very good in making the schedules i frequently use this tool in checking the agents adherance very easily and in customer support this tool can be consider as the best one. major part of this tool is easy of intergration with agnts schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
This can be made easy if this can be avalibale in all global time zones and some times its get lagging in finding the agents adherance

it was easy way to get the agents extra hours without having much work easily

I like how effecitve the website it when utilizing the tools to review calls.

The downside of Calabrio is when it goes down you may not be able to access what information you are needing for an agents score.

When I need to calabrate a call from an agent the steps are easy to navigate through.

I think that the filters when we're following the agents are very limited and it could be more accurate with more options.

Calabrio is solving the problem of following agents schedules and creating it, it benefits me making it easier.
Very help full and it allows me to stay in track with my attendance and adherence.
What do you like best about the product?
What helps me the most is staying stable with my adhereance. It it very easy to us. there is no point in calabrio where you will need any assistance but if there is the customer support and or tools alwasy welcome to use and efficient to use. I use callario on a daliy basis to track my stats.With time, implementation of the techniques will become automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantaed to calabrio one in my opinion, there is enough information that is given to you as well as instructions and up to date accesability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio does benefit me in many ways but one important way is staying on track with my adhearance.
My Calabrio experience is pretty smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Calabrio is managing my work schedule and break timeing on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downside of Calabrio, however I have used Calabrio on my mobile using Chrome but over there the experience is not good as compaire to using it on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio manily helps me for monitoring my daily work schedule and if I need to update my schedule in case of any emergence I can do it from my end also so that's good part.
